I had a BBL surgery — not a simple surgery at all. I had a lot of fear before the operation, and after the surgery I felt a lot of pain. WARNING ABOUT THIS COORDINATOR AGENCY, THE HOSPITAL THEY USE, AND DR. ANWAR I am writing this review to warn others after having an extremely traumatic and devastating experience through this coordinator agency and the hospital and surgeon they sent me to. I traveled from Canada for multiple procedures: a correction BBL, tummy tuck, and fat transfer to my face (under eyes, forehead, and jawline). Unfortunately, I am now severely botched in both my face and body. My forehead is uneven and lumpy, I have a visible bump under my eye, and the fat placed along my jawline looks droopy and unnatural. I am deeply distressed and regret trusting this doctor with my face and body. I was assured that because I was paying full price, I would receive high-quality results. When I asked about a discount, the sales representative made me feel ashamed, implying that wanting a discount is why people get bad results. I was pressured into paying €6,500, believing this would guarantee good work. It did not. My BBL results are extremely uneven, with a large, ball-like mass of fat placed in one area of my right buttock, making it look like something is hanging off my body. In addition, I suffered severe VASER and lipo burns, including blisters the size of golf balls on my buttocks that later burst and caused weeks of burning pain and difficulty sitting. I also have unnecessary lipo holes and scarring all over my body. On each arm, two holes were made on each side when one would have been sufficient. Another doctor later confirmed that many of these incisions were unnecessary and poorly done. The care I received after surgery was shocking and negligent. Despite being promised a translator, none of the nurses spoke English. I was never properly checked on, and when I needed help, I was ignored. I was in severe pain and felt completely helpless and dehumanized. They attempted to place IV needles in both thumbs and both feet (four total), taping them down even though only one was ever used. One staff member repeatedly dug a needle in and out of my foot, moving it side to side while I screamed and cried in pain because he could not find a vein. This was done to both feet. The pain was unbearable, and I was treated with no compassion or care. I also paid for a 5-day hotel stay, which was supposedly included in my package. I was only allowed to stay 3 days and was then forced out. I was told that if my daughter slept in the same bed as me, I would need to pay an additional €350, which is outrageous. I had to argue with the hotel, and I was still overcharged. After surgery, I attempted multiple times to contact Dr. Anwar regarding the serious complications and disfigurement I was left with. He has stopped responding entirely. The coordinator agency is now also ignoring me. The recovery room was old, dirty, and uncomfortable. When I asked for a better room, I was told it would cost extra. At every step, I was upsold, misled, and ultimately abandoned once payment was complete. I now need to travel to another country and undergo additional surgery just to remove the fat from my face and attempt to fix the damage. This experience has cost me my confidence, my physical appearance, my mental health, and significant additional money. I would never recommend this agency, this hospital, or Dr. Anwar to anyone. I am sharing this in hopes that it prevents others from going through the same devastating experience.
