I had my surgery organized through AestheSurgery Istanbul, and overall my experience with the clinic was mixed. The general organization was acceptable, but during my stay I often felt unsettled and uncomfortable. One aspect that was particularly difficult for me was the very frequent nighttime interruptions. I was repeatedly woken up during the night for routine blood tests and blood pressure measurements, which did not feel medically necessary at that time and could have been done during the day. This significantly affected my rest and recovery. Another challenge was early mobilization. I was encouraged to walk twice with assistance, but from the third time onward I was expected to walk completely on my own, even though I did not yet feel stable or confident on my feet after surgery. The language barrier was also a major issue. None of the nursing staff spoke German, and the English skills of the staff were very limited. As a result, communication often relied on translation apps, which was stressful and not always effective in a medical setting. Another important concern was the preoperative consent process. I was asked to sign numerous medical documents regarding risks, consent, and surgical information. None of these documents were provided in German, and I was required to sign them in Turkish without being able to fully understand their content. This felt very uncomfortable and, in my view, is not appropriate for such an important medical procedure. There were also inconsistencies in nursing care. On one occasion, my compression garment was applied incorrectly, which caused significant pain throughout the night. The issue was only resolved later. Hygiene and cleanliness were another area of concern. During my entire stay, the bed was not changed even once. The protective mattress covers were visibly stained, as drainage containers were regularly emptied while I was lying in bed, leaving multiple marks and spots. This was uncomfortable and did not meet the level of cleanliness I would expect in a medical setting, especially after surgery. On a positive note, the food was good. I received three proper meals per day, which were well prepared and appreciated during recovery. Overall, while there were some positive aspects, my stay at the clinic left me with an uneasy overall impression.

Sehr freundliche Behandlung . Sehr persönliche Betreuung. Professionelle Beratung, der Arzt spricht sehr gut deutsch .Er hat in Deutschland studiert und promoviert. Es ist ein sehr netter Dolmetscher immer erreichbar , wenn Fragen sind .Er begleitet einen per WhatsApp schon von Deutschland aus.Emre ist ein Schatz . Die Schwestern sind rührend , freundlich und bemüht . Mein Ergebnis nach nur 4Tagen ist Mega !!!! Ich bin mehr als zufrieden… Die Schmerzen sind erträglich… wenn nicht , bekommt man sofort etwas dagegen …. Alles ist perfekt durchorganisiert. Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel , zum Krankenhaus und zurück . Man fühlt sich rundum einfach sehr gut aufgehoben . As much as I cannot say that the surgeon job was bad I still would not recommend this team for any patients from abroad. Aftercare is nonexistent! Communication with patients as soon surgery over very lacking. I will not give 1 star because I had Brest reduction and lift and I am happy with the size. I had blood supply issues with one of my n*** and had to have restiched and the aftercare or further instructions basically non existent. If this is your first surgery or you an anxious person for whom the aftercare is important….dont go with this clinic.
