Ik heb allebei mijn zwangerschappen door de Hippocrates kliniek laten begeleiden. Evgenia Makarova is een zeer professionele en deskundige gynaecoloog. Tegelijkertijd een hele vriendelijke, flexibele en begripvolle dame. Ik zou dit kliniek zeker aanraden, vooral als je wil dat je prille zwangerschap vanaf het begin (en niet pas na 12 weken!) wordt gemonitord. Als er een (hormonale) medicatie nodig is in het begin van de zwangerschap dan wordt deze zonder problemen voorgeschreven. Toen ik een paar keer twijfelde of het goed ging met de baby, stonden ze altijd voor me klaar en mocht ik zelfs zonder afspraak terecht om mezelf gerust te stellen. Ontzettende pluspunt van dit kliniek vergeleken met een verloskundigenpraktijk is dat er bij iedere controle een echo van de baby wordt gemaakt. Ik wens jullie heel veel succes verder, dankbare patiënten en mooie gezonde babies 🙂
Zeer vakkundig en vriendelijke gynaecologen met heel veel kennis in huis. En qua dekking van de kosten; dat moet je zelf met je verzekering regelen. Wordt gewoon vergoed behalve zoals overal het eigen risico. De communicatie is heel helder daarover.
I am extremely grateful to have Dr. Evgeniya Makarova as my gynecologist. Dr. Makarova was the only doctor in the Netherlands who did not refuse me, after I had received rejections from several clinics in Amsterdam and Haarlem.
She listened to my case with great attention, showed genuine empathy, and was consistently supportive. With her guidance, we have achieved a progress in my treatment.
Dr. Evgeniya is highly knowledgeable, positive, and truly committed to helping her patients. She is one of the very few doctors who genuinely cares about you and your individual situation. We have had several open and honest conversations, during which she helped me understand my medical reality clearly and assess my situation fairly and realistically.

Please be aware: this clinic has no contracts with any insurance company in the Netherlands (as they later confirmed in writing: "Onze kliniek heeft geen en heeft nooit contracten met zorgverzekeraars gehad."). This means that with a standard naturapolis, your insurer will theoretically reimburse you only 60–65% of the bill (in practice it will be even less — around 50%, as the insurer applies its own rates to calculate the cost of services, which are lower than the clinic's rates).
I'm giving 2 stars because in our case the clinic not only failed to inform us of this in advance (which it was obligated to do), but went even further — when my wife asked directly about this over the phone, the response was along the lines of "You're insured with so-and-so? Well, they're a big company, so they probably have a contract with us."
We find such practices unethical and unacceptable.
Umówiłam się, przyjechałam. Przez telefon wszystko dogadane. Na miejscu ( jestem pewna że to ta sama osoba rozmawiała ze mną) sprzeczne informacje do mnie kierowała mówiąc co innego przez telefon a na miejscu. Przy poważnej infekcji (była o tym rozmowa) , powiedziała, że mnie nie przyjmą z uśmiechem na twarzy. Recepcjonista sama nie wie po co tam jest-brak profesjonalizmu. Straciłam czas i pieniądze.
