Ik kwam binnen ivm misselijkheid braken diarree etc nadat ik de nacht ervoor flauwgevallen was. Enkele dagen niet gegeten. Dit nadat ik al 3 mnd kwakkelde door griep zoals mijn huisarts in Rotterdam zei.
Ik werd door een co assistente binnengehaald met de mededeling dat ook de huisarts mij zou zien.
Ze ging zgn overleggen en kwam terug met de mededeling dat ik 4x dgs paracetamol kon gebruiken en nog wat medicatie kon halen bij Kruidvat.
Geen enkele huisarts gezien.!!!
Ik wacht de rek af die naar de verzekering gaat. !!!
Ik werk in Amsterdam maar mijn huisarts is ergens anders. Ik kon meteen dezelfde dag toen ik belde terecht voor een eenmalig consult. Vriendelijk personeel en werd heel snel en fijn geholpen.
Ik kwam hier voor een reis vaccinatie. Centraal gelegen, super vriendelijke medewerkers, ervaren en deskundig, schoon en snel geholpen. Zeker een aanrader.

First, the doctor performed a very thorough clinical examination, taking the time to listen carefully and assess my symptoms in detail. After that, the necessary urine and blood tests were requested and carried out promptly.
Throughout the visit, I interacted with several different professionals, and everyone was attentive, kind, and professional.
In less than 90 minutes, I left with a clear diagnosis and the correct treatment, which was extremely reassuring given how unwell I was feeling.

- I used my European Health Insurance Card, and the process was smooth and efficient.
This place helped me out after I developed a mouth infection and urgently needed antibiotics. I turned up at 9 am, was able to see a doctor who was English-speaking within 15 minutes, got a prescription, and was on my way to the pharmacy. Friendly, recommended, fast. If you have an EHC card, they will accept that. Otherwise, they will give you an invoice for insurance. Having said that, the appointment was not so expensive. It cost me about €90, excluding, of course, the prescription, which I had to pay separately at the pharmacy.
Poor communication skills. I have been to this clinic before for a prescription, was told to come in person to re-prescribe. It was not possible for reasons. Okay, frustrating but understandable. Misunderstandings happen. Miscommunications happen.
However, this was communicated poorly during the visit. Doctor spoke with a confrontational and judgemental tone and was surprised I responded similarly. I understand this clinic was not right for my needs, but it was where I was directed. Respect goes both ways.
Note: This is not a case of misinterpretating Dutch directness.
