Absolutely disgraceful customer service from NOW Fertility. I purchased a product online and immediately contacted customer service to request a change of delivery address. I sent three separate emails and received no response at all. When my order was finally dispatched, Royal Mail was unable to provide any tracking information. I contacted NOW Fertility again to ask for an update, and once again, there was complete silence. Ignoring customers after taking their money is unacceptable. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I strongly advise others not to buy from this company unless you are prepared to be left with no support if something goes wrong. DO NOT BUY.
