Herr Dr. Ruggia war damals in Zürich mein Top-Zahnarzt, den ich menschlich wie fachlich hochschätze. Nachdem Herr Dr. Ruggia (ca. im Jahr 2011) seine eigene Zahnarzt-Praxis in Lugano eröffnete war für mich sofort klar, ihm als Patient ins Tessin zu folgen. Dies tue ich bis heute gerne. Die Praxis ist gut strukturiert und organisiert, das Personal wirklich immer sehr freundlich und professionell, die teilweise schwierigen Behandlungen (in meinem Fall) meistens ziemlich schmerzarm und die zahntechnischen Arbeiten auf höchstem Niveau. Herr Dr. Ruggia ist ein wahrer Meister seines Fachs. Speziell hervorheben möchte ich auch die wahrnehmbaren Leistungen des eingespielten Teams, welches tadellos geführt wird und ohne welches es nicht ginge.

Miglior servizio di pulizia dentale che ho avuto in 30 anni che vivo in Svizzera. Ho cambiato diversi igienisti dentali perché non mi sono trovata bene.Maddalena è stata molto esperta, la pulizia è stata fatta in modo molto accurato con l'uso di macchina e anche manualmente. Veramente al top. Tornerò nello studio di dott. Ruggia.
We were very happy with this dental studio for normal teeth cleaning and routine work. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience when implants and more demanding work was required. Perfectly good for day to day thought.
