Je suis venu pour divers traitements importants au fil des années, comme des implants ou un traitement Invisalign. À chaque fois, j’ai été reçu et suivi avec grand soin. Pour les traitements onéreux, nous sommes convenus d’un prix à l’avance, qui n’a jamais changé. Pas de frais surprises, pas de changements de dernière minute.
Les médecins avec qui j’ai traité, principalement le Dr Abi Najm et la Dre Guermazi, ont effectué les traitements et le suivi avec beaucoup de soin. Ils m’ont même remboursé une partie du forfait convenu, estimant que le traitement avait pris moins de temps que prévu. Une telle honnêteté est rare.
Il est évident que je ne vais que chez eux pour tout ce qui concerne mes dents. Il n’est pas fréquent de trouver des établissements aussi respectueux de leur parole.
I 😱 when even thinking about going to a dentist, but the team at Ardentis have been especially caring. My care team of hygienist and dentists are calm and competent. The online booking system is easy and the reception staff friendly and available.
Un grand merci au Dr Mohammah Qurashi pour son professionnalisme et sa précision. Le rendez-vous a été rapide, efficace et son diagnostic très clair, avec une excellente explication des soins à venir. On se sent tout de suite en confiance.
Je tiens aussi à remercier Angèle, qui travaille au cabinet, pour sa réactivité exemplaire, son écoute bienveillante et son professionnalisme. Grâce à elle, j’ai pu obtenir un rendez-vous rapidement et bénéficier d’un suivi impeccable.
Une équipe sérieuse, compétente et humaine — je recommande sans hésitation !

I had a truly unpleasant experience with this dental clinic. I went there for an aesthetic orthodontic consultation (Invisalign), but from the very beginning, everything felt disorganized and unprofessional.
The first dentist I saw — which didn’t inspire much confidence — immediately pushed me to do X-rays, even though I had asked to first meet the orthodontist. When I finally did, she also requested X-rays. Unfortunately, their machine was not working properly, so I ended up being exposed to radiation without any useful result.
Later, the orthodontist gave me a prescription to redo the X-ray in another clinic located very far away, even though I had chosen this practice specifically because it’s close to my workplace. After several visits and wasted time, they finally repaired their own machine and I redid the X-ray there — only to then receive an invoice for a “first consultation” that, according to their own leaflet, should have been free for aesthetic treatments such as Invisalign.
When I questioned this, the orthodontist became rude and defensive, insisting that the leaflet referred to Botox treatments (which makes no sense in a dental clinic) and accusing me of being “impolite” just because I asked for clarification. She then refused to treat me altogether and never sent the treatment estimates she had promised.
To make matters worse, she sent me two follow-up emails in French, even though she knows perfectly well that I am Italian and she is Italian herself. One of these emails claimed that my X-ray showed a possible thyroid issue — which caused unnecessary worry — but further medical tests confirmed that everything was perfectly fine.
I strongly advise against going to this clinic. Patients deserve better treatment, honesty, and basic respect.
Amazing doctors & dental care. They have specialists in every field of dentistry. They took out a broken drilling tool from a previous root canal failure operation in Cyprus. It was a very difficult procedure. They were able to take it out from my root canal without cracking it. Ask for Dr. Simon Abi Najem , he's the top also route canal specialist Daniela Pereira Camejo, who extracted the drill bit out of my canal in a miraculous way.
