Lorsque j’ai exprimé mon mécontentement face à des erreurs administratives répétées, je n’ai pas été écoutée. Au contraire, on m’a reproché un prétendu comportement « agressif », alors que je demandais simplement que notre dossier soit correctement géré. J’ai également été confrontée à une secrétaire qui ne m’a pas laissé m’expliquer, m’a raccroché au nez et, lorsque je suis venue récupérer nos dossiers, m’a accueillie de manière que j’ai trouvée irrespectueuse.
Je regrette surtout le manque d’écoute et de considération envers les patients. Exprimer un mécontentement face à des erreurs répétées ne devrait pas conduire à être traité de cette manière
Je voulais remercier à Doctoresse Monique Franken pour la premier visite de ma petit fille chez dentiste.
La personnes est bienveillante, le cabinet très bonne hygiène, la personne à l'écoute et prennent le temps d'expliquer. Je recommande vivement ce cabinet dentaire. Les soins se sont très bien passé.
Elle a mise en confiance ma petit fille de 3 ans et tout passé très très bien.
Nous sommes ravis.

It is not the first time I visit Adent Nations and I always had nice experiences, once I even took my 5 year old who was treated with exceptional care and sympathy.
I would like to highlight my latest experience with Karim ALI, who cleaned my teeth so thoroughly that it was a never cleaned like this before (I do have to have cleaning frequently).
Karim is also very kind, comforting and professional. Thank you for the calming music as well !
I will certainly look for him the next time I need cleaning.
Je suis très déçue par ce cabinet dentaire. J’ai dépensé près de 1'000 CHF pour seulement deux petites caries. Depuis l’intervention réalisée il y a deux mois et demi, je ressens toujours des douleurs à la dent. Je ne recommande pas ce cabinet. J’ai du recommencer le traitement de 0 auprès d’un autre dentiste
This 5 star review goes fully for the excellent and professional work done each time i have visited this clinic to Ms Parastoo Farokhi. She is excellent at was she does, a perfect dental hygienist, always attentive and always delivering her work at the highest standard. She also gives great advice on dental matters when it comes to cleaning and maintaining your teeth at their best. She has a very friendly attitude, always with a smile and very punctual with her work. It is a pleasure to visit her for my dental cleaning and i would recommend her in a heartbeat. She really gives a great impression of the clinic in general.
I highly recommend Dr. Parastoo Farokhi. Her personality is very positive and uplifting and she is very good with her patients. And she does the job efficiently and with a special care for her patients. She is not one of those who wants to see you to the door once done. She always listens to her patients. Very satisfied since the beginning. Overall, i highly recommend the Adent. It's the best clinic in Geneva! Perfectly located and easy to access.
Parastoo Farokhi is an excellent hygienist. My daughters and I have been with her for a number of years. She is professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. In addition to hygiene, she offers a very good teeth whitening process. Highly recommended!
Très déçue. Détartrage expédié en 20 minutes et on m'a compté 45 minutes. Quand j'en ai fait la remarque à la réceptionniste, on m'a répondu que c'était comme ça que l'hygiéniste facturait. Honteux!
