Dr. Anoushka Madan is absolutely wonderful — very relatable, accommodating, and extremely sweet. She listens patiently, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel calm and confident during what can otherwise be an emotionally overwhelming process.
A special mention to Anu and Lekha — they are incredibly kind, gentle, and reassuring. Their care, warmth, and constant support made a huge difference. They are always attentive and treat you with genuine compassion, not just as a patient but as a person.

She is available over call in case of any emergency. The staff is polite and helpful. Overall atmosphere is calm and reassuring.
