When i went in for electrolysis the technician at first tried to argue with me that anesthesia was not needed. Then we only actually got started almost an hour later than agreed. Then she kept telling me how i shouldnt get it and how my hairs are "way too thick and dark" to get electrolysis and how it wont work. (Thats wrong cause ive had electrolysis done when my hairs were even darker and thicker and it worked like a charm.)
She did a super sloppy slow job, and only got the hairs maybe half the time, as well as it being more painful than my previous technician, despite the anesthesia. Then after 15 minutes she told me that she would refuse to do more because of the aforementioned hair "problems" that she believed i had, and instead performed laser hair removal on me (seeing how bad her electrolysis was, i agreed to it), during which she didnt even give me protection goggles or anything.
Then she tried charging me double for it since i technically had 2 treatments. And now that ive been home for several days, my face looks like awful. Ive had 4 hour electrolysis sessions before, on way coarser hair than this, and the scabbing and scarring was never really that bad or noticable. Now after 15 minutes with this "expert", i look like ive had massive acne on my cheeks. What a joke.
