I would highly recommend them, first and foremost, extremely friendly, over accommodating, and when the doctor came in, she was pretty amazing. She asked about my health overall she talked to me, asked me questions. If I had any problems she genuinely cared. I just felt super comfortable from checking to the time I left. I will definitely be back and I will definitely recommend to everyone.

I had an absolutely incredible experience at Frantz EyeCare. Dr. Nicole Yontz was beyond amazing. For the first time in 20 years, I can actually see clearly. Every other eye doctor I’ve been to seemed to follow the same cookie-cutter approach, but Dr. Yontz truly listened to me, trusted her own expertise, and customized everything based on what I was actually experiencing. I am honestly blown away by the difference. I cannot recommend her enough. The entire office staff was fantastic from start to finish, and Claire Dukeshire was especially incredible. She explained everything in a way that no other office ever has, made the entire process comfortable, and genuinely cared about helping me understand what was going on with my vision. Really disappointed with my experience here. The DR herself is amazing. 100% top notch and have nothing but great things to say about her!! Her staff on the other hand needs to work on their customer service skills. The girl behind the counter is short patient and downright rude. Genuinely asking why she still has a job there? Their "billing" depart tried to get me to pay 125.00 when I have insurance. After telling the girl behind the counter that I was not going to pay that only then do they adjust it and I just had to pay my copay. If I hadn't have disputed it I would have been made to paid it. I just can't get past the staff at this location. My husband was with me and he never ever complains ever and he told me when we left that he was really taken aback by the behavior there. If I do stick with Franz I will never go back to this location.

We have to return home at months end and must engage a physician at home to continue on the treatment schedule uninterrupted. Still have not received copies of medical records and now it would appear our rescheduled treatment will be the day before our departure and it seems even that is tentative. We were told at the outset that is was very important to maintain the treatment schedule to achieve the best possible outcome. It now appears the biggest obstacle to achieving that goal is the inefficiency and lack of communication skills of the staff. Be forewarned here that you must persist in being your own advocate. Apparently good help is hard to find even at Franz EyeCare .
