If I could give 10 stars I would. After surgery on my left rotator cuff and biceps with the help of Juan and Kathy I now have a better range of motion than even before my injury!
Everyone is friendly and personal, it starts from the reception. There are NO tensions between the staff, everyone has a smile and is in a good mood. The rooms are clean, nice music in the background.
I NEVER had to wait. They schedule and time everything so perfect that you come on time and you're good to go.
This is my Physical Therapy of choice also for my right shoulder surgery. I am so glad I found this place. HIGHLY recommended
I had a great experience at Excel Physical Therapy during the three weeks I was there. The therapists (Marina, Katherine, and Juan) were incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in my recovery. They not only helped me make steady progress during my appointments, but also provided exercises and guidance to continue improving at home. Their professionalism and encouragement made a significant difference in my rehab process, and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality physical therapy care.
Marina, Juan and team are best in class. I had experience with other physical therapists in the Naples area with very mixed results. Excel took a very tailored approach to each client - nothing cookie cutter- based on a needs based assessment. Great at asking the right questions and listening to answers. Thoughtfully explained all treatments and set reasonable expectations for results. Highly recommend.

I had physical therapy here for my right shoulder and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Over the course of many visits, I worked primarily with Catherine and Marina, and they were both outstanding. They were knowledgeable, patient, and always took the time to answer all of my questions and explain what we were working on and why.
The therapists were attentive and genuinely cared about my progress, adjusting exercises as needed and making sure I was doing everything correctly. I saw a significant improvement in my shoulder by the time I finished therapy, both in strength and mobility.
The entire staff was professional and friendly, and the environment was welcoming. I highly recommend Excel Physical Therapy of Naples to anyone needing physical therapy. They truly know what they’re doing.
Over the past 2 years I have needed Physical Therapy twice in Naples -- once for my knee and once for my foot. My experience was so positive with my knee that I confidently sought out Excel Physical Therapy for help with my foot. Juan, Marina, and Katherine spent time with me, primarily Katherine. All of them are knowledgeable, thorough and respectful. They take time to explain things and answer questions. Kristina, Katherine and Kathy in the office also proved to be most helpful and attentive. I would unhesitatingly use Excel again the next time I need Physical Therapy.
I was referred to Excel Physical Therapy by my primary care physician here in Naples for a lower back issue. (Caused by being a bit over zealous in working out. Found out that I am no longer in my 30's, or anything close to that for that matter!)
In any case, over the last couple of months I was there twice a week and have had both Marina and Katherine (Kathy) as my Physical Therapists and today, I 'graduated' and completed my Therapy. Let me just say, that I feel so much better now than when I started and am grateful to both (and to Juan, Excel's co-founder) for the results.
Like to add that the physical space is bright and very clean (They were always cleaning in between patients!) Also they had strong staffing up front and everyone there was very friendly, which I also appreciated.
Bottom line - if one is in need of PT, would highly recommend.
If I could give them a 10 star rating I would! I had physical therapy in the North after my rotator surgery and then continued it with Excel for four months. I mostly worked with Juan, but everyone was so kind and encouraging. They made a difficult time as pleasant as it could be. I also appreciated that they did not use "fingers up the wall"like they did in the North. I highly recommend Excel if you need physical therapy!
I had started physical therapy in Cleveland after an accident of breaking my heel in a fall and having four screws surgically put in the next morning in emergency surgery to repair it. I was nonweightbearing for 8 1/2 weeks and then started PT at 10 weeks twice a week up north. When I finally was able to maneuver around a little better, my husband and I came to Florida. I wanted to continue with a place down here and I’m so thankful I found Excel Physical Therapy. The owner Juan, his life, Marina, and physical therapist Kathy, we’re excellent and exactly what I needed to continue the journey to get myself back to normal. Each session they added more things to help me get stronger, regain, balance, start weight training again, and made me feel so much better. They encouraged me so much that I continued in the gym on my off days when I wasn’t seeing one of them. I know when I get back to Cleveland my physical therapist that I worked with before I left several weeks ago is going to be thrilled that my progress as am I. I think you all, Juan, Marina and Kathy, For all your support and giving me so much courage to keep moving forward. I highly recommend Excel physical therapy for any therapeutic needs. The word excel is perfect for the title of their business
