Please RUN from this practice. They are scammers. I wished I had read the reviews before scheduling an appointment with this office. They charge me a copayment and later charge my card $225.00. I called to cancel a follow up appointment and they told me that I would be charged $100 per policy because I'm calling on Friday at 10:00AM and the appointment was on Monday at 9:15AM. Wow. I told them that I would not be needed their services anymore as I'm not happy and was overcharged. It took me a couple of calls to get to the billing department. I told them I needed an itemized bill. That was send as promised. Then come Monday I had a refund in my bank account. Right. SCAMMERS . The crazy thing is the doctor didn't even spend 5 minutes inside with me. I spend more time walking to the building and in the waiting room than with the provider. She came in and already knows what I needed. Than wanted to see me after a month.
I think they are more about people getting cosmetic treatments than normal skin treatments.
STAY AWAY
Danielle and the staff were wonderful during my son’s dermatologist visit. Everyone was very kind, welcoming, and professional. The clinic was clean and organized, which made us feel comfortable right away. Danielle took great care of my son and really helped with his eczema. We’ve already noticed improvement in his skin, and we truly appreciate the care and attention we received. Highly recommend!..Thank you❤️Antone Martin🙂
she was so kind and understanding with my concerns! She made me feel very comfortable about my concerns and reassured me about the treatments she prescribed me. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family!
After reading other 1 star reviews, I am recognizing a pattern with this business. The front desk is INCREDIBLY unprofessional when you are simply asking questions about your records/billing. I didn’t have the chance to catch the front desks name however when I escalated the issue to management, Debby knew who I was referring to. Clearly this individual does not have a good reputation. Billing reviewed my account & requested I check my email to confirm that I received an invoice. When I said I was checking my email to make sure, they hung up on me. I called back & was once again met with the same unprofessional individual. She answered with the same attitude. I cancelled my appointment & will not be returning back. Businesses cannot treat customers this way & expect it to last. I appreciate Debby’s attempt to help but both billing/front desk have left a sour taste in my mouth. 0/10 recommend.
The Art of dermatology location in Naples was a great patient experience. I was referred to this location by my Primary Care Physician and the location was easy to find.
While there was not much specific information on the practice or the provider I would see; the process from admittance to seeing the doctor was smooth if you're comfortable filling out all the information online. Please note that the website will require you to put down a payment method for automated billing so be prepared; I do not like that, but its very common these days and should not be held against them.
The PA/Clinician asked through questions and the doctor I ended up seeing was friendly, knowledgeable on the very rare condition (which was surprising) and seemed up to date on all the latest research including on the compounding formula I was seeking compared to the Pills the primary care physicians were pushing me to which I could not take. She was immediately aware of the alternatives I came in with along with 5 others and quickly chose one that fit the situation and sent the script to a well priced compounding pharmacy. Having talked to other friends some Dermatologist push back on using compound pharmacies and took from 2-3 days to a week to recommend a compound pharmacy...Art of Dermatology was ready immediately with their recommendation for sending their script to a pharmacy and I received a call within hours from that pharmacy to verify my information and payment which had an amazing price half of what other pharmacies were quoting.
The entire process from check in to me leaving was under 25 minutes. Overall you get great professional service on the front end leading to an experienced patient friendly professional team in the back of the house; its stand out treatment, Art of Dermatology hit the Gold Standard for my first visit in my opinion.
I would recommend and have; I will up the rating to 5 star after 3 visits of above expectations service as my visit was a referral and very specific.
I met with Daniel Fisher today
Very professional staff. wonderful , very thorough to my concerns for my son. He is autistic and they had no problem what so ever.. DEALT WITH US WITH DIGNITY.
There’s a reason why every other dermatology office is booked up the next Six weeks and this place you can basically walk right in. Terrible bedside manner. The “doctor” came into the office, barely looked at my thing on my leg. I call it that thing on my leg because she didn’t tell me what it was. She didn’t tell me how long I might have this thing or even what it is or where it’s from or how I could’ve gotten it. Nothing, oh, but she did compliment my feet. She told me have I have nice feet. Which is a gross thing to say to someone you don’t know. I was visibly worried about my thing on my leg but she just laughed it off. Stay away from this place. I’m only giving it one star because the fastest appointment.
Edit: they made me an appointment that I didn’t agree to or confirm and when I didn’t show, they charged me $100 and won’t give it back and called me a liar on the phone. My hospital and social media team are putting together a campaign to make sure everybody knows my experience with this company.
Just like all other clients I am reading in reviews, this office also charged my credit card without my consent. I will be pursuing a chargeback.
I advise anyone who visits here to remove or block this company from future charges.
