Was there for an Indian head massage, which was far from what I expected, the actual head massage was only for 5-7 mins. No calming music or dim lights or anything, I could hear all the conversations happening in adjacent room which were pretty loud. By far the worst experience.

Victoryia imports expired products from Russia and then uses them on her clients. There is no regulation so it is difficult to be aware of her practices. I had an allergic reaction to one of her products. I was left with facial paralysis for six months. I did not get any reimbursement from her ..not one cent. She pleaded poverty and does not pay insurance but she can afford to send her son to Castleknock College (fee paying school). Very traumatic experience for me and I never got one word of apology from her. Her practices are unlawful and had I known her lack of integrity and moral compass I would never have set foot in her salon.

I booked a Shellac manicure online. But when I got to the salon I found that they didn’t used shellac but some cheap Chinese knock off. I questioned this and was told it was shellac as it’s a 2 week manicure. Shellac is a brand name and not a generic term for a 2 week manicure. I left as I’m not happy to pay the same price for a treatment advertised with branded product for a knock off
