Check in was quick and pleasant. Was seen to quickly and was out within my hour of free parking. The doctor David was the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Non judgemental and listened to me and straight to the point. Took care of my needs in a pleasant and professional manner. I cannot compliment him enough.
I am extremely grateful for the service I received from VHI. Compared with other healthcare providers, I did not have to wait for hours to receive medical attention. I was able to attend without a prior appointment, and I received my referral, X-ray, and professional medical care all on the same day. The attention and service provided were truly excellent.
On entrance parking token need to take from automatic machine which we need to submit to reception to put the same on reception machine to waiver off parking ticket fees before we leave from here.

Encountered at 4:24PM, asked policy number and asked to sign on tablet twice for authorisation and ask to go instantly upstairs to waiting area and immediately called by nurse and took assessment. She said we will be call up by our doctor.
But it’s 1 hour past still waiting….
Told us there are 7 patients prior to us but upstairs 5 consultations rooms are all vacant. Can’t see any other patients here.
Very busy on the first working day after St Patrick's Day but the staff were getting through the work and overall an excellent experience. Xray ruled out a break, fitted with a hand splint and equipped with sick cert and pain relief prescription. Dr Morley's leadership and personal care and attention were both exemplary. Start to finish we were there 2:15 (starting at 17:15)
Feels like the service is becoming a victim of its own success however as the main waiting room was stuffy and almost always standing room only. Better a/c and a patient pager system (that would allow patients to wait in their car if they preferred) might help a lot
Fast triage by professional medical staff. The centre is well staffed and efficiently deals with everyone. The car park is free for the 1st hour but then charges by hour or part thereof. No ticket required, it uses number plate recognition.
3 hours waiting. Noticed staff , 1 in particular out smoking 7 times during my 3 hr wait...other staff in and out, dosnt look good and especially when you waiting 3 hrs to see a doctor your thinking is there nothing else Tey could be doing. I was upstairs with view of smoking area. Very frustrating!
Doctor was lovely and helpful and patient and nothing negative to say about professional help but then to go to car park and be waiting behind person who for some reason wasn't let out thru barrier of car park and delayed other people no fault of her own to be charged 4 euro.....apparently first hour is free ....no person is going to be sorted in an hour so its an extra stress and cost and wasn't disclosed to me / us on arrival....!
Last time I was there it was covered ...so have decency to tell patients on arrival...
Was stressful visit....cold and no communication!
Great and quick service, I was seen by the nurse and doctor in 1 hour and half. Lovely and caring staff, thank you very much! Parking fee is €2 over 1 hour, not so bad either.
We ended up waiting over two hours, and because of that delay, we had to pay extra for parking beyond the 1.5-hour limit. This wasn’t our fault—the clinic was simply running behind—so it doesn’t seem fair that patients have to cover additional parking costs due to long wait times.
