Would not recommend. Not here to help anyone. Just there for thr money. Never seen a dentist to look at an xray for so long and still higher and lower contrast and can't make anything outa after looking for 10 minutes! Would not recommend. Rude dentist the one with the Australian accent. Dosnt seem experienced atall. Didn't seem to know what was causing pain and then after checking up for 25 minutes, says ye it's both of these teeth need a filling but we can't do today and he was in extreme pain.. I basically begged her to please take him out of pain and she said ill put a temporary filling for him but of he dosnt numb in a couple of minutes there's nothing I can do. People can't stay late! I just bit my tongue as I just wanted his pain to go. They charged me €150 for a temporary filling, never gave an antibiotics after telking me she thinks there might be an infection but its very hard to tell as the xray is not great!!!!
They booked him in for 2 weeks time to have temp filling removed and replaced with a normal filling. Next morning gets a phone call to change his appointment for 3 weeks time and he's still in pain.. I wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone. Not anything against any other dentist working here as I've been to Ciaran with the kids a few times and never had a complaint but the young woman dentist with the Australian accent... steer clear!!!!
Arrived for my appt, door to practice was open, no staff. The male receptionist arrived to a queue, no good morning, sat down, logged on to his computer, still no acknowledgement, he looked like he had literally rolled out of bed. While yawning, not covering his mouth, asked me my name and yawned again, asked me to wait in the waiting room. Don't know where all the original reception staff have gone???
Would highly recommend Tully House Dental. All the staff are very professional & friendly. We attend the hygienist Moira regularly. Our daughter attended Ciaran for braces & was very happy with the result.
Receptionist was rude and seem to have an attitude towards me she did nothing to try and accommodate me in there services after an extortionate 450 euro charge for a wisdom tooth extraction that im gettin in a diffrent dentist tomorrow (dame street dental) now the same procedure for 250 euro wich is what all dentist were roughly charging me too do this as I shopped around after her stinking attitude and high price I knew 450 was to high and wasn't even made an offer of a payment plan to pay half and another half following week i would not recommend this dentist to anyone terrible customer service and they lack the staff to carry out these type of extraction procedures
Tully House Dental was able to fit us in for a very last minute emergency appointment last week, my sister was in horrific pain and is terrified of the dentist but the dentist did an amazing job explaining everything and making sure she was calm. There was zero judgement or lecturing from the dentist even though she had left this cavity for 12 months - she was empathetic and informative. The reception staff were so helpful in fitting her in for an emergency treatment the following day, despite having no availability, because her pain was so bad. Everyone we dealt with what lovely. This was our first experience here and the staff couldn’t have done more for us. After our experience this week it’s safe to say we won’t ever be visiting any other dental office and will continue to come to Tully House
