I recently had a Botox treatment with Dr. Musaab and had a fantastic experience. From the consultation to the procedure itself, everything was handled professionally and with great care. Dr. Musaab took the time to explain the process, answer all my questions, and ensure I felt comfortable throughout. The treatment was quick, and I'm very pleased with the results. The clinic staff were friendly and welcoming, making the entire visit enjoyable. I would highly recommend Dr. Musaab to anyone considering Botox treatments!!!
Lovely clinic to visit. Spotless. Not much waiting time. From the receptionist to the doctor, you are welcomed with a big smile which means a lot. Very relaxing experience from start to finish. I am looking forward to the results.
I am sharing my experience as a warning for others. Before you book an appointment, make sure to check which doctor has the best reviews and do not simply agree to the first specialist recommended to you by the clinic.
I came in with a very specific goal: I have small eyes, and my absolute priority was an "open-eye" effect and a brow/eyelid lift. I initially wanted to treat only three areas, but the doctor recommended six (I did not ask for his recommendation). I agreed, trusting his expertise, but I repeatedly emphasized what result was most important to me. Unfortunately, the doctor did exactly what he wanted, and I did not get the result I asked for.
I returned for a consultation after 7 days because I felt very uncomfortable with how my face looked. I was told that the doctor would be away and an appointment for a touch-up would only be possible in 3 weeks. To make matters worse, I was told that the doctor actually likes the current result. This raises a question: who is supposed to like my face him or me?
I decided not to return. I believe the client’s wishes should always come first. I have completely lost trust and I do not believe I would be properly listened to by this doctor a second time.
On a positive note, the ladies at the reception are very kind, helpful, and always smiling, which slightly eased the stress of the visit. However, it does not change the fact that I am very dissatisfied with the outcome of the procedure.
I had a wonderful experience at Thérapie Clinic in Dundalk. The staff is incredibly lovely and genuinely caring, always making sure to provide thorough and informative guidance. The appointments were consistently on time, which I really appreciated. Overall, I felt very well taken care of, and it made my experience stress-free and positive. Highly recommend!
Dr Harresh Nair looked after me for my injections, it was a great experience from the moment I entered the clinic. He was very professional he took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. The Botox injections were the least painful I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to a few clinics. I’m extremely happy with my results, exactly what I was hoping for. The clinic itself is lovely and the ladies at the desk are so friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend
Dr Catriona is fantastic, I've been to her for a few different treatments and I couldn't recommend her enough. She takes so much time and care to explain each treatment to you before carrying it out. She is so client focused and makes you feel completely at ease. The staff at the front desk are also lovely, they are always smiling and they are so helpful and friendly
I had a very bad skin due to a laser burn that happened on my face 1 year ago. When I went to therapie dundalk shannon and Luiza explained the procedures to me very well. I did 3 sessions of clear and brilliant treatment and my skin really improved a lot. I am now confident again with my skin. I could not thank the girls enough for taking care of me and my skin. I would definitely come back soon!
I cannot recommend Dr. Harresh Nair highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable and confident that I was in expert hands. Dr. Nair took the time to really listen to my goals, explained everything clearly, and never rushed the process. His approach is conservative, thoughtful, and focused on natural results—which I truly appreciated.
The Botox treatment itself was quick and virtually painless, and the results are exactly what I hoped for: refreshed, smooth, and natural—no frozen look at all. I look like a well-rested, more confident version of myself. Thank you !
