I started doing the laser hair removal and I haven't looked back since! They're just the loveliest people you'll ever meet. They make you feel super safe and comfortable! The medical grade equipment and the fact the all staff is properly trained are the reasons why I chose Therapie. I couldn't be more satisfied with the results and overall experience.

I am writing this review to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at Thérapie Clinic, Blanchardstown Village. Unfortunately, this has been the worst experience I have ever had with an aesthetic clinic, and I have decided that I will not be returning to Thérapie Clinic again. My partner and I purchased a microneedling bundle together on separate accounts. While I could clearly see positive results on my partner’s face, I personally did not notice any difference after my treatments. I completed two sessions and still had one remaining. I had an appointment booked for 24th February and, before going there, I called the Blanchardstown Village branch to ask whether I could transfer my last session to my partner, as I wanted to have a HydraFacial instead and begin Clear + Brilliant. I was aware that the recommended waiting period between microneedling and HydraFacial is approximately one month. Within approximately 10 minutes, I received a call confirming that it would be acceptable for my partner to use my remaining session, particularly as I am a loyal and frequent client. I was clearly assured that this had been approved. When we arrived at the clinic, I explained the earlier phone conversation. Louise confirmed that it was fine and asked us to take a seat. Pre treatment form was also sent to my husband’s email to fill which is a part of the procedure. However, shortly afterwards, she called me back and informed me that I would need to pay for the session because my remaining session “no longer existed” in the system. I explained that I had only completed two sessions and that the third session had already been booked in advance. I asked her to double-check the system. After 5–10 minutes of discussion, she acknowledged that she could not see the third session being used, but claimed it was not appearing correctly in the system. I then showed her the session clearly visible in my Thérapie app. I do not control the app or the system, so there is no way for me to fabricate this information. After reviewing it, Louise responded dismissively and said, “Fine, we’ll do it this time for you,” but then stated that they would not allow my partner to use the session due to policy — despite having already agreed earlier. What was most disappointing was Louise’s attitude throughout the interaction. Her tone was abrupt and dismissive, and I felt she spoke to me in a manner that was both unprofessional and disrespectful. Rather than attempting to resolve the issue constructively, her approach felt defensive and confrontational. As a paying and loyal client, I did not feel valued or treated with basic courtesy. The entire interaction should also be recorded on Therapie’s call system and CCTV, which can verify everything I have stated. Thankfully, this was my final session. However, the way this situation was handled has left me extremely disappointed. I expected professionalism, consistency, and respectful communication — none of which I received. Given this experience and how the whole situation was handled by Louise, I do not feel confident returning to Thérapie Clinic in the future.
