I had an appointment today at 9:20 with Jean, and I wanted to say how pleased I was with the treatment. She was extremely professional, caring, and genuinely interested in making sure I felt comfortable throughout the session.
I have been a client of this clinic for years, and honestly, I had been considering leaving because I no longer felt satisfied with the service. However, after today’s appointment with Jean, I’ve decided to stay. She completely changed my experience and reminded me why I chose this clinic in the first place.
Jean truly stands out and deserves recognition for her professionalism, kindness, and dedication to clients. I hope there will be more people like her in the clinic. I’m even considering booking all my future appointments with her specifically.
I had Botox with Dr. Salwa yesterday at Therapy and I’m so impressed. She was professional, gentle, and I felt zero pain during the whole procedure. She explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. Amazing results and amazing care. 10/10 would recommend!
I had a laser session with Joan today and it was a really positive experience. She was so friendly and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. I especially appreciated how she kept up a conversation during the treatment, which helped distract me. She also took the time to explain the aftercare properly. I ensured to book my next appointment with Joan again!
It was my very first time getting the anti - wrinkle injections, or any facial procedure for that matter. I was immediately put at ease from the teams confidence when entering the Blanch SC Clinic. Joan on reception was very friendly and kind. During my consultation and procedure , Dr Sam was incredible and most relaxing, very personable put me at ease right from walking through her door. Any questions I had big or small were all answered with great depth and knowledge - I could not recommend high enough and am looking forward to my procedure follow up in two weeks - which is also a testament to their care for their patients.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, taking the time to explain the procedure clearly and answer any questions I had beforehand.
During the treatment, the practitioner was attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout. They talked me through each step, which helped reduce any nerves. The procedure itself was quicker than I expected, and while there was some mild discomfort, it was definitely manageable.
What stood out most was the level of care and professionalism. I didn’t feel rushed, and the consultation felt personalised to my needs and skin type. After the session, I was given clear aftercare instructions and reassurance about what to expect in the coming days.
In terms of results, even after the first session I noticed a reduction in hair growth, which was really encouraging. I understand that multiple sessions are needed for the best outcome, but so far I’m happy with the progress.
