Rosie was brilliant. Very reassuring and calming throughout - I was very nervous going in. She took her time, got me water and if I needed a moment I was given it no questions asked. It’s now a week later and my skin has basically completely healed from the millia removal. My skin has never looked better. Vera was super knowledgeable and shared a lot of information about things I didn't know about, including introducing me to micro needling procedures and easing my anxiety of needles (for micro needling) which has deterred me from trying it out, ever. She didn't push me and also encouraged me to do my own research so it didn't feel like I was being pressured into doing something I wasn't well informed about. That was class, and was extremely reassuring. The milia removal procedure was also great, not as painful as last time. Did 3 electrolysis appointments and let me tell you I’m not happy with the service. One of them is a plucker, you can tell she zaps one hair then plucks 5 after. I was always confused as I could tell more than one hair was being plucked after each zap. I did 30 min sessions and the full area would be cleared, with peach fuzz before the 30 mins were up. Before switching I decided to book another time and get another therapist and guess what happened? This one could only get to a quarter of the hair in that area in the same time. I was shocked cause this one was doing it correctly, one pluck after one zap and since she couldn’t get to 50% it then confirmed the other one was just plucking. To pay 55 euro to get hair plucked is outrageous. I’ve since then went to another clinic and I’ll never come back here. Either these aren’t as experienced or they’re trying to continue distorting the hair so treatment takes longer. A lot of the reviews below are for other treatments which doesn’t help in deciding if this is the best clinic for this service. Anyway the only skilled therapist was Cara, but considering the prices I would need a longer session with her and my new clinic is just as great and gets it done in 30 mins. For 112 hairs this should be cleared in 30 mins. Oh well, I learned to shop around so thank you!!
