The hospital is located in Dublin and is equipped with the latest technology. The doctors have a great reputation in Ireland. Security is high, with numerous security guards present. They sometimes offer free food. The restrooms are clean, and the hospital itself is very clean. The staff are friendly and professional. The doctors and nurses come from various nationalities, which helps some patients speak their native language.

Got there, was seen by a nurse who didn’t want to be there, fair enough. Waited for 4 hours in excruciating pain. Threw up in the bathroom. Decided to leave. Was billed 100 euro for absolutely nothing, not even a panadol. They are very fast to get you to see a nurse so they can charge you and then make you wait for hours. Absolutely disgraceful. We work and pay our taxes and this is what we get back. Sent an e-mail asking for my fee to be reviewed, explained my situation, but no luck. Hope you enjoy my 100 euro!

I am writing to express my complete dissatisfaction with the service at this hospital. I arrived at 5:00 PM, experiencing severe pain, discomfort, and nausea, expecting to receive proper medical attention. Upon arrival, I was informed that the consultation would cost €100, and immediately after payment, I was sent for triage. I was given medication, but despite my critical condition, I waited for more than 10 hours without being attended to. During this time, I observed several patients in serious conditions, including some who were vomiting and unable to stand, yet they did not receive priority care. It appeared that certain groups, such as homeless individuals or those with a history of drug use, were given priority, while critically ill patients were neglected. I consider this behavior a lack of respect and commitment to patient care. Therefore, I cannot recommend this hospital and suggest that patients seek alternative care, such as public hospitals, which follow proper medical priority protocols. I await a response regarding this situation and the measures that will be taken to prevent other patients from experiencing similar treatment.

Extremely helpful staff. I've never been here before and had to travel a long way for an appointment. The staff from receptionists, porters, nurses and doctors were all extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with.

During the tour of the medical institution, we were able to see how modern high-tech medical care is provided. We had a unique opportunity to learn about the professional activities of doctors and nurses, talk to specialists and learn about the skills a person needs to work as a medical worker, and also to be in the role of patients and doctors ourselves. During the meeting, we received a lot of interesting and useful information, saw the hospital "from the inside", looked at the material and technical base of our institution, and also heard the history of the hospital.

To be quite honest, I was very pleased with the service. I found all the nurses and the entire team to be very caring and attentive. They were constantly concerned about my meals as well as those of the other patients and companions. In the morning, we had toast with butter and orange jam. There was tea with milk, and there was always a water dispenser with filtered water available.Sandwich for lunch . If anyone felt hungry, they would bring some biscuits. Always very thoughtful and helpful. I found everything to be of the highest quality.

I went to the emergency, wait time was less than 15 minutes, I had a kidney infection that spread out in my blood, the treatment was spot on,the doctors and emergency specialist were so kind like not for a second did I feel out of place or anything, they were all so cool and understanding and comforting.Did things outside of the way to make me feel well. I even got a sandwich and tea.throughout I did not have to pay nothing.i am so happy to have gone here and I would continue going here for absolutely anything.

This is by far one of if not the best hospitals in Dublin. Upon arrival to the Mater A & E, I felt an immediate sense of relief. Triage was prompt and average wait time was 5 hours. Triage nurse was transparent about that and as soon as I got into main hospital and was assessed by a gentle giant male doctor who was absolutely lovely, things moved swiftly. Due to a suspected blood clot, I had full blood count, ECG, Chest X Ray and physical exam done within 1 hour. I'm home already and clot free 💝 Thank you to the wonderful staff for taking such good care of me. You can trust that you're in caring and most competent hands with the Mater. Absolute heroes 👏 🙌 ⚕️🩺
