Iv had such a positive experience with Avoca i felt i had to leave a review! I had breast uplift and implant surgery April 2026. From day one their communication back & forth was so quick, staff so friendly and helpful. I visited dundalk for consultation and wicklow for my surgery - both settings were spotless! Waiting rooms , toilets etc all so clean. DrKhan is very confident and professional which put me at ease, i took his recommendation about implant size and my results are beautiful . When i arrived at the wicklow setting for surgery it is a small & effective . The intimate clinic (i think abt 6 or 7 private rooms for patients) was so calm and i could hear the lovely nursing team out in the hall or in nearby rooms with other patients . If i used my buzzer they were with me in 1 minute . The anethitist was very smart and confident which put me at ease. She has a very fun caring nature aswell as being very knowledgable. The care i recieved during my overnight stay was excellent. My medical details were checked numerous times before the proceedure by several different members of the nursing team to ensure i was totally safe. I was given numerous oppurtunities to ask questions or express concerns, which i did and was always given full range of advice . Since my first consultation with Dr Khan i was given information verbally, by email and then again in a booklet upon discharge so i didnt worry about forgetting anything as i knew it would be written down . Several nurses chatted through the booklet with me and explained my discharge plan RE bed rest , medications, bra and healing creams . You are sent home with all your medication and written down exactly what and when to take it, including antibotic to prevent the chance of infection . I honestly cant say enough good things about my experience and i am so glad i choose to have my surgery with AVOCA. My results are exactly what i told Dr Khan i wanted. Im so delighted! A few tips for anyone considering this surgery is bring your preference of pillows and soft blankets (soft/ firm/ Vshape/ airplane neck pillow etc) with you for your overnight stay and the drive home as quite uncomfortable. You are, of course, given as much pain relief as safe to consume so it really is just a tip for comfort . Money well spent and very very impressed with this clinic and all its lovely admin staff and nursing team. Thank you so much.

I've had 2 surgeries done with Avoca and I cannot thank everyone enough for the amazing care that I've received before, during and after my surgeries. I've wanted to have my surgery in Ireland to be safe and I'm very happy with my decision. I've had zero pain, the clinic was beautiful and clean and I couldn't have asked for better care. Many thanks to my surgeon, Dr. Dejan for the patience, care and amazing skills. If I was to do it all over again, without a doubt I would choose Avoca again. Thank you for being part of my journey.

From start to finish, my experience at Avoca Clinic has been very stressful and it was the opposite to what they promise on their website and social media. I was booked into get vaser liposuction on my upper and lower abdomen. I fasted from the night before, made an hour and a half journey. Was left sitting in the waiting room for about an hour and a half. I went out to find out what was going on. I don't think they realised I was there. They then called me out and said they couldn't do it. I was obviously very hungry and thirsty, was upset by what was happening. Then told me to go upstairs that I'd get the procedure done. 5 hours later, I was still lying on the bed without anything being done, no food or drinks since the night before. I had to be connected up to a drip as I was dehydrated. Was sent home without nothing being done. Was terrible. I had people waiting on me from morning to late evening. Was told to come back up to get it done a few days later which I did. Now 16 months later, I'm left with purple discolouration on my stomach, what also looks like small pockets of fluid there, results aren't good. I went elsewhere to see if I could get revision liposuction but the surgeon said I'd need a tummy tuck now, he was confused looking at my stomach as it doesn't look like I've had lipo done. The purple discolouration is from the cannulas, it was done too close to my skin and not enough solution was used. I've had manual drainage massages done, wore the faja, drank water, I have eaten healthy food and still do. I paid over 5k for my surgery. No money back for travel expenses or money off. The nurse did get back to me about coming for a review but I've emailed back a week or more ago and I've not heard back. The purple discolouration might be made worse if I get it done again too. It feels like I'm after being sent around on rings. .edit. They now want me to go for a review but honestly I don't I could face going for a more complicated surgery at more cost, after it been no fault of my own. The purple discolouration is bad enough without it been made worse. I wrote a review from my main email address but I deleted it when I got a response but now can't seem to leave another review from that email for some reason. I understand that surgical delays can happen but that's not an excuse that you can use! There was another girl that came into the waiting room after me to get a procedure done but was called out before me to get her surgery done. Why lead me upstairs if you knew it couldn't be done. I was lying on the bed for hours dehydrated and annoyed and the nurses seemed to be ignoring me. Then one came in and started talking about what she had been through before & herself, like seriously! Then after the surgery when I came back up, the younger nurse with the glasses put the cheaper compression garment on, I asked for the body suit one but she refused saying it would be harder to put on. When I came for the post opp appointment, that nice nurse was surprised when she saw what garment I was wearing. I was told that I get some money back when they first told me they couldn't do the surgery but I've never received any back. As I said earlier in the review that I refuse to attend anymore appointments as I don't want to be fobbed off. As now I know I need a tummy tuck. My stomach is way worse to what it was beforehand, so disappointing!!

Ive delayed writing this review for various reasons. I paid 4000 for a otoplasty (ear surgery) requesting a very specific result in which both my ears would be essentially flat against my head and not protruding. The first surgery was a fail and had to be repeated as one of my ears in particular looked essentially unchanged. I did a repeat surgery and still particularly the same ear is very noticeably protruding and the other ear is also sticking out more than i wanted. The ear in particular that stands out most noticeably was clearly not stitched tightly to my head as there was a clear gap between the ear stitch locatuon and my head. In the first surgery they were very unclear on the head band wearing protocol and also expected me to buy my own headband after paying 4k for surgery. It should have been included. Overall im not happy my result as my ears, especially one ear protrudes noticeably after two surgeries. Overall i would not recommend them for otoplasty if you actually want non protruding ears.

5-star Google review: I recently had chin liposuction at the Avoca Clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The transformation has given me a new level of confidence I never knew I had. I feel so much more comfortable wearing my hair up and am genuinely thrilled with my side profile now. The care I received was absolutely top-notch. The team was professional, warm, and reassuring every step of the way, making me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. The clinic itself was spotless, welcoming, and felt incredibly safe—exactly what you’d want for such a procedure. If you’re considering having a procedure done, I would wholeheartedly recommend the Avoca Clinic. They exceeded all my expectations, and I am so grateful for the amazing care and results.

(Posting under a pseudonym) I recently had an upper eye lift at the Avoca. Very happy with the service and the results. Everyone I encountered during my experience - from reception, surgeon, anaesthetist, and especially the nursing staff (who insisted on serving me tea and toast and getting a taxi home due to sedation) - were a pleasure. I had my own room pre- and post-surgery. Effective communication, contact, and instructions delivered in a timely manner. Absolutely 0 to complain about. Dr. Fabio did a very good job. The procedure I was awake for with sedation. I had 0 pain, 0 swelling, hardly any bruising. I never used the ice pack, just took the prescribed post-surgery meds and didn't touch my eye area. I am 8 days post-op with stitches just removed and the results are already looking excellent. Received an email today to book my final review in a few weeks. Only thing is when you are given a time for your procedure, it is actually the check in time. Procedure may be some hours later.

I was recommended the Avoca Clinic by a friend, and they did not disappoint. From my initial consultation with Liz, I knew I was going to be in safe hands. On the day of my surgery I was super nervous as I am not one for needles or hospitals, but I cannot express the kindness the nurses showed me from the moment I got in Nurse Rose made me feel calm and prepped me for my surgery and when I awoke until I left the following morning all the nurse’s made sure I was comfortable and well looked after. My surgeon Dr Dejan is a gentleman - he was so informative and made sure that I was happy with his recommendation for my surgery and took his time to explain it to me. I am 4 days post op and I am feeling better than I expected. Again I just want to thank all of the staff in the Avoca Clinic for such a wonderful experience I cannot recommend them enough.
