Delighted to returnto SEC after experiencing poor care elsewhere. I recieved excellent treatment from OPTDM Celine. The front staff Laura and Liz Murray were so friendly and very welcoming. They listened to concerns I had passed information to Celine and I walked away a very very happy customer. And for the very first time since I qualified for PRSI test etc I did not have to pay one cent fir two pairs of glasses. Thank you Joe and your excellent customer service etc.

Very polite and friendly staff. Nice and clean interior. I came with the specific problem - my new contacts were uncomfortable and were giving me headaches and a blurry vision, despite the same precription as before - just different make. I brought this contact lenses box with me to show to the optician and told her all my worries. Optitian said that she need to order the new lenses for me, and I was very hopeful. Unfortunately, in the result I ended up with THE SAME uncomfortable brand (just a stronger prescription), as "it's the best on the market". She didn't pay attention to what I said before and it's very frustrating. Basically, my symptoms were ignored and I wasted my money and time. And I still have unsuitable contacts with the headaches and blurry vision, but stronger power (which didn't help). Update: They contacted me via Google maps reviews answer a half year later...
