Have had a very positive experience with Sparc so far. Having been sent around the houses after tearing my ACL, Cian knew exactly what I needed and has put a great plan in place. The exercises assigned on the app are super easy to follow & the instructions from Cian are really clear. Very happy with Sparc & will continue to use them in the future & recommend friends.
