Great store and service. I’ve gotten my glasses here as well as the test for my drivers license. I found the experience brilliant on both occasions. The optician who did my exam was extremely kind and had the craic throughout the entire experience. For my glasses I was assisted by Niamh who offered 10/10 customer service, again kind, funny and exactly what you want from customer service representatives. Any store is only as strong as its customer facing staff, something which gives great strength to this branch.
Very happy with my visit and experience at Specsavers Knocknacarra. Very thotough and reassuring eye examinations. All staff very friendly andd helpful, thorough explanation of eye tests and status of my eyes/vision.

I was really pleased with the service I received in the Knocknacarra Spec Savers. The shop is very clean,bright and comfortable. I didnt have to wait long when I went for my appointment,the staff were very friendly and helpful. I also had a hearing test done and all done very efficiently. Only waited a week for my glasses to be ready. Collection and fitting were done very quickly too.

Recently got tested for, and recieved my first pair of glasses in Specsavers Knocknacarra. The team there are excellent. They answered all of my questions and treated me with courtesy and professionalism. I would highly recommend them.
My daughter (16) broke her glasses last week and we got a last minute appointment in Specsavers Knocknacarra, we explained she was starting her junior cert this week and had only sunglasses as spare pair, well got a call today ( 7 days later) to say they were ready as initially they said 10 days. We rushed down after her first exam today to get them. We are so grateful to get them back so quickly and they were so efficient, thank you to all involved in getting them done as we so appreciate it and the brilliant service and lovely staff
My wife came in with an eye injury and was seen almost immediately. She was dealt with compassionately and professionally by the staff and it was determined she had scratched her cornea. Advice was given on how to manage her injury and for treatment. The service here is exceptional and I highly recommend it.
The customer service was excellent! From the person who met me when I arrived and did the 1st test. Then when I met the optician, he explained really well the issue with my eye and what caused it. No new glasses needed!!!
