The dentiest was extremely pleasant and her assistant was fantastic she held my hand through some of the experience. I'm a DREADFUL PATIENT I'm so nervous . I need a lot of work done to try and make some improvement. This time I only got my teeth cleaned and it was very rough for me. However I'm so glad I got it done . My teeth feels so much cleaner Thank you I will be back when I get braver

She is truly an absolute asset to the clinic here, ❤️( And I can say 100% the same for every dental assistant and Nurse specialist who works alongside Helena) Helena is extremely professional, caring and always gives the best advice based on the best interests of your dental hygiene. Whilst also treating you with dignity and kindness. I went in for a clean a week before my wedding and Dr Leena did the BEST job of cleaning my teeth and have them sparkling clean! I cannot thank her enough for all of her kind care and amazing work. My review is specifically about the front desk experience. Before my appointment, my PRSI was checked and apparently rejected. However, the staff member at the front desk did not inform me of this at all. Instead, he was okay with me proceeding with the appointment as normal.. Only after the doctor had finished did she inform me that my PRSI had been rejected and advised me to check with reception. - I’m sure you can imagine how I felt at that moment. Both of them knew and didn’t say a word! When I went back to the desk, the same staff member told me he had checked my PRSI three times. This was extremely frustrating, as at no point was I informed of any issue beforehand. Initially, I stayed calm and accepted the situation when I was told I had to pay €140!! However, when I later called to discuss what happened, the situation became even more disappointing. The staff member shifted the blame onto me, suggesting that I should have checked it myself - completely unreasonable! I attended this clinic because my partner had a positive experience, where his PRSI was checked and confirmed on the spot. Unfortunately, I did not receive the same level of care or transparency. If he was as transparent with me, as he should have been, I would have canceled my appointment (which he probably knew would happen) and would have been okay with the 15€ deposit that I already paid for this appointment, but at least I would have the time to fix the matter with my PRSI and receive the treatment once fixed and according to my eligibility. Now, I’ve been told that fixing my PRSI eligibility could take a while, and the clinic gave me 2 days only to fix it and get a refund. To clarity- you were aware that I wasn’t eligible, yet this was not communicated to me before the appointment. Instead, I was allowed to proceed and be charged the full amount, and now I’m being told there’s a limited window for a refund, despite the fact that you are still able to claim it. This doesn’t feel fair or transparent.

Absolutely terrible service. I had absolutely terrible orthodontic work done with their sister clinic (now closed) so I went here to get new night guards made and the permanent retainers replaced. The night guard had to be remade multiple times because they didn’t fit and the permanent retainers had to be redone twice because they fell out twice. This was about two years and ago and I now have to get the permanent retainers done again because they were done so badly by them! AVOID at all costs!!
