Can not recommend Paul enough! I had suffered with back pain on and off for years and after the first session, I already started to feel better. I now feel confident that I will no longer be in pain. Paul really listens and most definitely knows his stuff. I have taken away so much from this and no longer live in fear, thank you Paul!
Paul came recommend to me. Spent nearly 2 yearsgoing to sessions with Paul and can day that it really helped me get over a long lasting injury. He challenged my thoughts and beliefs and helped me mentally get over the issue. Having tried many physios and other treatments over the past few years I would highly recommend Paul.
I found Paul though an advertisement on Facebook. Following a year of Chiropractor appointments for my shoulder pain, I decided I needed a new approach. I have just completed 10 sessions with Paul and my pain has almost entirely disappeared.
Paul gave me some well thought out exercises and helped me retrain my thinking to understand that not every movement is going to hurt me. I would highly recommend Skerries Pain and Injury Clinic. Thank you Paul for your patience and empathic approach to my care
Paul is a wonderful physiotherapist! I’ve been to many others before but none were as thorough as Paul. I went to him with hip and knee pain and he had a completely different approach. He really took the time to understand the issues I was having and how they affected my day to day life. After following an exercise plan created by Paul i’m happy to say my hip and knee pain has diminished! I’d highly recommend Paul to anyone in need of a physiotherapist!
I've suffered with a slipped disc for years, having episodes of severe lower back pain once or twice a year.
This time round I went to Paul and his approach completely changed my mindset and habits which have made such a difference.
Physio I had elsewhere in the past was just looking at alleviating symptoms at the time, whereas Paul has helped me be more resilient in the long term.
Running was a trigger for my pain in the past, but after 2 years of avoiding it I'm back out there!
Thanks again Paul for all your expert guidance!
What a difference Paul has made to my physical wellbeing. This time last year I was looking at back surgery and lots of rehab. This was something I did not want and after much research I made an appointment with Paul and I have not looked back. From barely able to move with pain I found myself becoming much more flexible and this led to less pain. It wasn't easy but Paul guided me through small incremental movements and while he was understanding etc he was also firm in advising me what I had to do. It was a serious process but managed in a patient and good humoured way. I am now walking approx 30 miles a week , can participate in things I had almost given up on. There have been setbacks but again with Paul's help I have learnt to cope with these , I am not in pain , I did not have surgery and I am more active and flexible than I have been in a long time. I could not recommend Skerries Pain and Injury clinic highly enough.
I was suffering with back pain for 2-3 years, i went to multiple physios with no joy, I was about to give up and live with the pain when a friend recommended Paul so I said one last try
After our first few sessions I knew that not only was Paul going to help me but he wanted to help me.
You’ll get out of it what you put in and Paul will help you all the way
I really enjoyed all my sessions with Paul, he thought me a lot about my body and more specifically recovery and injury prevention. I am now confident I can manage issues better going forward.
I can’t recommend Paul highly enough.
Thank you Paul
I recently completed several sessions with Paul, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience and the results.
From the first point of contact Paul took the time to listen to my issues and history of back pain thoroughly, and his friendly demeanor made it easy to engage in open discussions.
Initially, I went in expecting a traditional hands-on treatment for my back pain, but Paul took a very different route with his strategy: the best way I can describe it, is brain training or cognitive magic!!
Paul made me consider my relationship with my back and gave me the skills to strengthen my body to support my back long term. Over a number of sessions, he guided me through a series of simple exercises designed to strengthen and retrain my brain and body and improve my awareness of movement.
Each session involved detailed chats about my progress and challenges, followed by tailored exercises that suited my needs and that could be incorporated into my everyday life. And in between sessions he was easily contactable through whatsapp. Paul provided valuable insights into my posture, movement patterns and my way of thinking which were integral to my recovery. Rather than offering quick fixes, he focused on sustainable approaches that will empower me to improve my overall well-being.
Overall, my experience with Paul has been incredibly rewarding. Not only is my back pain gone, but I also gained a renewed sense of confidence in my body’s capabilities. I highly recommend his services to anyone struggling with similar issues or looking for a more empowering approach to physical therapy. Thank you, Paul, for your expertise and support!
