I visited 365 Physiotherapy for knee pain that was affecting my daily activities. The treatment was professional, effective, and tailored to my needs. The therapist explained every step of the recovery process and provided helpful exercises to continue at home. Within a few weeks, my pain was greatly reduced, and my mobility improved. Thirupal treated me very shortly after a motorcycle accident back in the end of 2023 and start of 2024 and while the dry needling temporally helped with the high amount of pain I was in, I ended up changing to another physiotherapist in the Mater hospital(to have my care all under one roof) who advised that while she was also sanctioned to do it that I didn't need it as much as i had it done with Thirupal. I kind of got the sense that Thirupal was happy to book more appointments than I actually needed when I should have been given more exercises to do at home as each appointment is technically paid for while exercises are free. Also the nail in the coffin was that the physiotherapist in the Mater immediately sensed a problem with my wrist on the first appointment in literally the first 5 minutes and sent me for a wrist CT scan which showed I had a scaphoid fracture. Thirupal never mentioned any inclination towards anything like that and still had me doing the stretches and wrist movements after dry needling which dulled the pain but he should have detected the issue instead of trying to dull it to get more exercises and appointments out of me. My final word really is that I did need the pain relief at the time which I'm grateful for but I can't help but wonder if we ended up doing more damage because of the fracture and if I was taken advantage of because I was happy to pay out of pocket in my desperation. FYI I'm fine now but I have a titanium screw in my wrist for the rest of my life, reduced movement and partial loss of sensation on top of my hand.

I am attending wirh Thirupal for physio following an injury in shoulder muscle which was extremely painful. I had instant results after first session and with each session my shoulder is getting stronger. I am back to normal daily activities and exercising which is amazingin sich a short space of time.
