Contracted Rob with an Achilles injury after reviewing his website and his experience working with the Irish boxing team and it was the best decision I could have made. Exceptional treatment through physio and rehab over a number of weeks I was making massive improvements and working on my weaknesses to prevent the injury recurring. I am back running and stronger than ever. I found Rob to be extremely professional and friendly to deal with and I would highly recommend him and is the best around in my opinion.
I’ve been working with Rob for the past few years through boxing, and I can’t recommend him enough. He’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about his athletes recovery and performance. His support has been a huge part of keeping me healthy and performing at my best.
I saw Rob for ACL rehabilitation, and I had a very good experience. He clearly explained my injury and showed me specific exercises to support my recovery. The sessions were well-structured, and I felt supported throughout the process. I would definitely recommend him.
I would certainly recommend Rob to anyone struggling with injury or just looking to get stronger for their sport. Rob is very knowledgeable and great at explaining the reason behind an exercise and why it will help. Great location also, right in the heart of Galway city.
I am so grateful for all the help Rob has given me! From our very first session, he was incredibly friendly and made me feel completely at ease. He really took the time to listen to my concerns without ever making me feel rushed. The exercises he recommended are already making a huge difference in my mobility recovery journey!
I had major surgery on my ankle last year to address a chronic issue. My recovery after the operation was slow and when eventually I went to Rob I was still in a bad way. My foot was as flat as a board and all the muscles in my leg were sore with minor exercise.
Rob is a brilliant physio and through targeted, controlled exercise brought strength and movement back into my ankle and lower leg. The level of progress was controlled in a way that did not inflame any issues I had and I now feel so much better with normal movement in my ankle and foot. I am very pleased where I am at now, I still have more work to do but I am confident I will get there.
My son-in-law recommended Rob and my wife and I have both gone to him to fix different issues. He is a treasure.
I had an amazing experience with Rob who helped me manage an injury at a competition abroad as well as in his clinic in Galway. He offers exactly what any athlete at any level needs to get healthy and stay healthy.
After a shoulder energy that required extra support I came across Rob and was extremely happy that I did.
Rob’s professionalism is second to none. From initial consultation to end result, I was always confident with Rob’s immense knowledge, guidance and advice. He very quickly found the source of the issue and directly targeted the area with precision and accuracy. I would recommend Rob without hesitation to anyone seeking any support or rehabilitation.
