I recently visited River Medical for a skin consultation ahead of my wedding and had the pleasure of meeting the gorgeous Jade. She was incredibly professional, so knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to talk to about what I was hoping to achieve. What I loved most was that the focus was truly on getting the best results for my skin, rather than pushing unnecessary or excessive treatments for sales, which I’ve experienced in other clinics. I’m absolutely delighted with the plan we’ve put in place and can’t wait to work with Jade over the next year!
You can feel safe when Allie is doing a treatment. She 's a exceptional nurse. She is highly skilled, professional, and incredibly reassuring throughout the procedure. Her calm, friendly nature made me feel relaxed and confident, and she explained everything clearly. She made the experience so comfortable that I barely noticed the procedure happening! And I wouldn't normally like it! Highly recommended.

I’ll be honest I’d never had any kind of skincare routine before this and was pretty sceptical about whether I even needed one. I only went along because I wanted to sort my skin for my wedding and I’m really glad I did. Jade completely changed my perspective. She was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in a straightforward way that actually made sense to me. There was no pressure at all just really helpful advice tailored to my skin. She has put together a simple, realistic plan that I can actually stick to and I’m excited to see the results of the treatment I've booked in for. Definitely recommend 😊
River medical have been extremely excellent to deal with. Professional to the very end .I highly recommend dealing with them for which ever issue you need looked at. Dr.Michael Mc Bride is an excellent surgeon and really took care of me. The staff in Belfast couldn't do enough for me because I was very nervous and they made the whole procedure alot easier. But most of all I have to mention the fabulous Nurse Matia one of the nicest people u will ever meet very professional with and extremely calming personality and good crack. Thanks for changing my life river medical. 🤍
I cannot recommend the girls in River Medical enough! The minute I stepped foot into the clinic, I knew I would be looked after well. I recently had Micro needling and skin boosters with Lead Nurse Ellen, she was so thorough and knowledgeable, I felt very safe in her hands. Her knowledge of aesthetic treatments and the science behind them, combined with her warmth and gentle approach, made the whole experience so enjoyable and comfortable. I’ve also had skin treatments such as polynucleotides and various skin peels with Lead Nurse Ally who is exceptional also. She took the time to assess my skins needs and suggested what she thought might be best suited. Her kindness and attention to detail is what I think sets this clinic apart from the rest ! 10/10 experience overall! I cannot wait to finish out my skin journey with the girls in River Medical in the coming months!
Nurse Jade is the best in the business! Jade did all my wedding skin prep and my skin was GLOWING. I have never gotten as many compliments! She listened to all my skin concerns and gave great advice/treatment recommendations and is excellent at explaining each procedure. She is extremely gentle as I was a bit nervous with some of the treatments. She is so kind and makes you feel at ease. I am so thrilled to have found a clinician that I trust 100% and couldn’t recommend Jade enough!
Jade is extremely professional in her approach to treatment and relaxed me from start to end. The results were immediate and the lines on my nose and right cheek improved after the treatment.
Treatment to 'spots' on my chin will hopefully start clearing after the next couple of treatments. Overall, a very positive experience and I would recommend BBL Treatment to family and friends.
