After transferring from another clinic, I am impressed by how productive my care has been. In just seven months under my consultant, Dr Florencia's guidance, i have made significant progress in my journey.
My experience thus far is very positive overall.
In a relatively short time, i have already come a long way in my fertility journey, which speaks to the (Dr Florencia) clinic’s expertise and efficient approach.
My doctor, nurses, midwives, Lab team, and administrative teams, are professional, compassionate, supportive and very very kind, which means the world during what can be an emotional and stressful time, continuously answering all of my questions.
I was told my case required special attention, and so far my doctor has followed through.
I am truly grateful to Dr Florencia, and the medical team, let's hope i get the happy ending, ive been longing for, for years..

Repromed provides a great quality and person centered service. Having been attending the clinic for the last 6 years, from egg freezing, to IUI, to IVF and ICSI...the team helped bring my little boy into the world, and did so with honesty, understanding and compassion.

I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I went there for an AMH blood test, and the staff member who took my blood told me that once the results were ready, they would call me to explain them. She said it would take a maximum of one week.
After two weeks, no one had contacted me. I had to call the clinic myself, and only then was I told, “Sorry, we forgot,” and that the results would be uploaded to the portal instead.
When I logged into the portal, I could only see a single number with no reference range and no explanation at all. I called again to ask for at least a basic explanation of the result, and I was told I would have to pay €200 to speak with a doctor.
This was the worst service I’ve experienced so far. Poor communication, lack of follow-up, and no support for understanding important medical results.
Me and my partner had chosen repromed after years of trying for a baby and from the start the Dublin and swords office have been nothing but welcoming and the vibe is so warm and homely, the staff are so nice and I felt very calm and relaxed , we have recently welcomed our miracle boy thanks to the amazing staff.
Said we needed a booking even though the place was empty. Sat us under the TV which wasn't very nice. Food came out cold, had to send it back. However the staff were very pleasant pity they have to work in a place with poor standards.
The vibe in this clinic and the warmth we received was so lovely. We have had experience with many IVF clinics across Ireland and this is by far the best experience.
RUN AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME
I deeply regret choosing this clinic for IVF treatment. My experience has been marked by poor medical oversight, lack of transparency, questionable clinical decisions, and a clear prioritization of revenue over patient well-being.
During my first IVF attempt, I had 5 fertilized embryos. Two degenerated, and one was categorized as 5CC — which is still considered viable and commonly transferred in many successful pregnancies. Instead of discussing this with me, the clinic discarded it without my consent or prior consultation. That is unacceptable and disrespectful to a patient’s rights and reproductive opportunities.
At the time of my first frozen embryo transfer, my anti-TPO antibodies were around 900 and my TSH was 3.80 — both highly relevant to autoimmune fertility outcomes. The clinic had these results and completely ignored them. No one discussed thyroid factors, implantation risk, or protocols to reduce antibodies. As expected, that embryo did not implant.
For the second frozen embryo transfer, they required an additional expensive HCG flush. The next day, I was told the embryo did not survive the thawing — or potentially that an error occurred during thawing — but with no explanation and zero accountability. There was, of course, no refund for this failure.
Just 5 days later, they pushed me into another stimulation cycle, changing the protocol from antagonist to agonist. The result was only 3 eggs collected, just 1 mature, and another failure. During this cycle, they also never rechecked my TSH or anti-TPO levels, despite their known clinical importance.
Before egg retrieval, they already knew I had only 4 follicles, but they never asked whether I wished to proceed or cancel — they simply pushed me into the procedure, treating me like a paying subject rather than an informed patient.
From my experience, Dr. Andreas and this clinic demonstrated unprofessionalism, disregard for informed consent, and a financial-driven approach that overshadows patient care. I lost time, money, and emotional energy — and when I requested a refund due to the failed stimulation and mishandling of embryos, it was promptly denied.
This clinic did not respect my medical results, my reproductive options, or my right to informed decision-making.
If you value ethical treatment, honest communication, and proper medical care
— avoid this clinic entirely.

From my initial consultation to getting booked in for the next steps, the team has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout the process. They’ve provided lots of clear information and guidance, and have been very accommodating with my tight timelines and specific requests. I feel well looked after and confident in my choice, and I’m looking forward to completing my procedure with them. Highly recommend!
