I purchased the home test kit, completed it, and sent my sample back. Later, I was informed that I needed to provide another sample. I was told that I would either receive a new home kit or be able to book an appointment at a clinic.
Since then, I’ve exchanged countless emails with customer support. The communication has been poor, important information has been missing, and no one has actually resolved the issue. It’s now been over a month, and I’m still waiting.
I eventually requested a refund because I no longer wanted to continue with the process, but they haven’t even responded to my refund request.
This has been a very frustrating experience, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this service based on the level of customer support I received.
This lab has lost my results about 3 times, even with a post tracking marked as delivered they misplaced my blood. And again today, bloods delivered Wednesday 10th June, and still no report.
I booked a female hormone test online on a Sunday evening for Monday morning and got a quick confirmation. The clinic was easy to find, and I was in and out within 5–10 minutes. The results were ready in 2 days and easy to access online. Everything was fast, efficient, and hassle-free. Highly recommend!
Blood test and getting results went ok.. My test included a GP consultation which seems to be impossible to book despite contacting customer service multiple times. The guidance in the results report are incorrect and get prompted to pay for something thats included in what I purchased. would recommend getting blood tests in your own gp instead.

My wife and I were going for routine bloodtests, she has very sensitive skin and small veins and is quite needle-phobic. Alan was very professional in explaining evey bit and part of the whole process and the science behind. He also handled her case with very good care and it went one of the easiest blood sample collections for her. We received the results in good time!
