I can't say enough great things about Yordan at Peak Physio! After a difficult Total Knee Replacement surgery, I was nervous about recovery — but Yordan made all the difference. He is kind, caring, and incredibly attentive, taking the time to truly understand my needs at every appointment. His knowledge and passion for helping his patients shine through in everything he does. Thanks to his detailed and thoughtful approach, my recovery has been in the best possible hands. Yordan is a physiotherapist who genuinely cares about your progress. I highly recommend him.
I had a really great experience with Peak Physio. The team was friendly, professional, and took the time to understand my issue before starting treatment. I felt noticeable improvement after just a few sessions and would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with pain or sports injuries.
Camille is an excellent physio, methodical in her diagnosis, targeted treatment and provides clear exercises available through a portal. Thoroughly recommended.
Extremely disappointing experience. The session was nothing more than a conversation with no real assessment, no treatment plan, and no exercises provided. The follow‑up was equally pointless. A complete waste of time and money.
I highly recommend Peak Physio. I’ve been working with Camille for a few months to address issues with my foot and back. Camille is very knowledgeable and provided me with excellent advice, progressive exercises and shockwave therapy that have enabled me to properly return to running and work without the back discomfort I had before. I had gone to Peak Physio this year with an insertion Achilles injury which had plagued me for a while and stopped me doing most activities.
I have done an event called the Art O Neill challenge twice before; it’s an ultra self navigated event from Dublin to Wicklow at night. Previously it was 53k but in recent years its been lengthened.
I went to Alice in PP to help me and she able to resolve it in no time and put me in a position where I could head back out into the hills and start training with enough time to be able to attempt the challenge.
On Saturday 13th Jan I crossed the finishing line after 16 hours on the hills; 64k in distance a total ascent of around 2 Carrantuohill’s.
Bottom line is that without Peak Physio, I couldn’t have done it. Full stop. Cant recommend them highly enough.
Alice is the best... I train for Ironman, and I put my body through it. She has put me back together quickly and accurately a good few times. My wife also goes to her. You're in excellent hands 🙌 .
I can definitely recommend Peak Physio. The team is great and facility are well maintain. Alice Fallon is a very good physio. She always makes comfortable. For a long time, I had consistent pain on back/shoulder and I thought it will never go away. After few month of works with Alice, the pain was gone and i am stronger than ever!
