Delighted with my visit today. All staff so friendly, welcoming and professional. I had been a patient here years ago but I had moved away from the area. My previous treatment from Dr Ada Murphy was excellent and had certainly stood the test of time so I was really happy to get an appointment to return to her care.

I was very anxious going for my appointment but once I told Gina how I was feeling I knew by how she responded that she had listened to me and put my mind at rest. She continued to check in with me during my treatment. Overall I had a good experience which meant alot to me after having a bad experience with another dentist. The receptionist Fiona was very pleasant and helpful in accommodating me with an appointment. I found the clinic very easy to contact by phone and my email was responded to promptly. I'll be attending again. Since I had my first appointment I have found it difficult to contact the clinic by phone so I sent an email with a query which wasn't responded too. I had an appointment today which was fine the dentist and nurse were very nice and professional.I had to call afterwards and left a voicemail so I hope they call me back. Unfair this was not called back. I just recently sent a email. No response. Unfortunately communication is very poor.
