I was there just today! I can tell you that I had a very beautiful experience. I was overwhelmed by fear, but thanks to the people there, I overcame my fear. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Sylvana, and you, Vimal, for your support and help! You are wonderful! You have all my respect! 🙏
Dont bother ringing or looking at the website. They close with no notice and wont see walk ins. The swords clinic closed due to lack of doctors and I went twice today. They the sent me to cherrywood and when I got there at 20.45 they said they were closdd early. The website still shows the wait times as 2 minutes and that its open. Absolute farce that both Dublin clinics are closed but no notice or advertising of this on their website with people arriving to both thinking they are open. Even the staff on the phone in swords are still sending people to cherrywood. Zero communication between clinica and very poor management.
Just back from laya clinic tonight
tonight. Fantastic service. Parked on the grounds, registered at reception, was seen by a lovely nurse first and then a doctor. Was on my way out in 25 minutes. Receptionist emailed the prescription to the pharmacy. Absolutely fantastic service. Looking forward to feeling well again, soon I hope 🙏
We had a very good experience with the centre. There are enough parking space and the surroundings are very well maintained and beautiful. We had to book an appointment and fill a form online. The doctor was very easy with the kid and there was only a few minutes of waiting. Yes, I recommend this place. It would be great if they can include all sort of emergencies. Make sure that you fill the form and do a check in, otherwise you will ended up waste time in waiting, not all the employees in the check-in sections are aware of the processes.
It was good to be able to park outside and utilise a wheelchair to go to the waiting room & check in. I was seen quickly but the experience was very poor. I was wheeled into the consultation room in a wheelchair with a suspected broken leg. The staff member crashed my broken leg into the bin in the consultation room. I was then seen by the doctor and sent for an xray. I was advised my leg was broken and then I was given an option of a cast or temporary boot. I was then referred to go to the the Emergency department as I might have compartment syndrome. I later found out that I would not have been given the option for a cast if they suspected compartment syndrome. I went to A&E in St Vincent's (7 hours additionally to the Laya visit). I then had to get an xray again as Laya had provided the xrays on a disc. I also discovered from the consultation at St Vincent's that I ankle was also broken. This was not picked up at Laya. All in all, I can't help but wonder if there was any point in going there
Injured knee playing football, turned out to be full ACL tear.
Went straight to Laya Cherrywood from the game. Receptionist came out with a wheelchair to get me. Considered that exceptional service! Was seen right away and got MRI done a few days later in the same place. Had a follow up with the orthopaedic department to discuss options. Very happy with Laya. The doctors, nurses and reception staff have been very friendly and professional.
Just back from having an MRI. I'm claustrophobic so was very anxious. The experience was excellent. I cannot recommend enough. All the staff were wonderful especially Sophie who put me at ease. Thank you all.
I am just back from an MRI. I'm very claustrophobic, but everyone was incredibly kind and supportive. I was in and out of the clinic within 30 minutes - zero waiting time and everyone just super kind.
