Meeting Katie was the prima facie of a quality skincare discourse for me. She made the onerous information of skin health an intrepid and congenial experience that was super easy to follow. I couldn’t be more happy with the service of Katie. I booked a consultation for a possible micro needling to heal scars that have impacted my personal life, and I came out feeling so engendered and informed beyond the scope of what I knew. I had an Ultherapy procedure with Danielle today. It was a fantastic experience from start to end. It started with a consultation from Danielle who its one of the Clinic Directors and a specialist in dermatology treatments. I had already contacted a number of other locations in the city and they just didn't feel right (more about numbers through the door - not actually working with the person). I just felt entirely more comfortable with Danielle. She wanted to hear about my concerns and clearly has a vast amount of knowledge and experience so I was very happy to move forward with her. Given it costs more than your average treatment, having someone like Danielle is important I think. I'm in healthcare myself but I felt she took the time to explain the procedure well and listened to my questions so that I didn't have any surprises which was important for me when it comes to my skin. I have to say Danielle was just brilliant throughout the procedure - explaining what was happening, checking in constantly and making sure I was okay. She is kind, down to earth and gentle. It was not in any way rushed and I actually felt relaxed throughout despite the fact that it is a bit uncomfortable! I am very glad to have her expertise close to home and I will definitely be going to Danielle again! Hopefully this helps other people decide where they should go! I also want to say that Catriona the administrator who I spoke to yesterday was also very professional and pleasant!
I cannot recommend Roisin at Laser and Skin Clinic highly enough! From the moment I contacted the clinic, she was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and professional. She guided me through the process with patience and clarity, making everything feel effortless. Very friendly and welcoming staff, appointment was right on time. Danielle was very knowledgeable and the clinic is modern and clean. I would recommend to anyone.
Felt reassured I am getting the right service. Had a lengthy chat with catherine who was really friendly and very professional!. As I have some health concerns I was totally reassured by her knowledge. I wasn’t pushed into making any immediate decisions was also honoured the extra service for free even though I will be outside the deadline date for having the offer by end of July. Was extremely happy with service so far. Really looking forward to having Ultherapy!
The clinic was easy to find, and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff. The place had a really calming vibe—clean, modern, and welcoming.
I saw Dr.Asta for a consultation, and she was super thorough. She took time to listen to my skin concerns and explained the treatment options clearly, without any pressure. I felt like she really cared about getting it right for me.
I went with anti-aging treatment and it was pretty straightforward. Doctor made sure I was comfortable throughout, and honestly, I could already see some improvement after just a few days. Very happy with the results so far!
