I was very nervous about C02 laser especially in the eye area so for anyone else considering having this done I recommend Vicki one hundred percent. She explains everything very well and makes the aftercare simple. It is a bit sore getting this done but its also superfast! I did not feel the lens go into the eye thanks to drops and numbing cream and the downtime is roughly a week. Most sensitive place for me was under the eye. Was it worth it? Apsolutely :), had I known Vicki was so skilled I would not have worried about it at all. So for anyone thinking about it ...go ahead you will be delighted with the result

This was one of the most positive experiences I have ever had! Nicki was professional, reassuring, calm and just so generous in her approach and her manner. The secret pro is spicy but Nicki just kept telling me how doable it was and how well I was doing, she honestly made the experience a truly positive one. She was so thorough, worked quickly and efficiently, didn’t make a big deal but did let me know she she was coming to a sensitive part, always following up with ‘the worst is over’ etc. She explained the entire process to me and was so methodical in her approach to the equipment set up etc. that I was in no doubt that I was in expert hands. Nicki thoroughly went through the aftercare with me, and repeated it a number of times, answered all my questions and reiterated that I could contact the clinic at any stage with any other questions. I had a chemical peel done with Claire and my experience from start to finish was absolutely fantastic. I already saw a difference in my skin when I left which was insane.
