I was referred by my GP for an ultrasound and got appointment very promptly on a Saturday afternoon. The staff were very pleasant and Edel the radiographer was very knowledgable. The building is on the outskirts of Galway city and very accessable off the M6 for those travelling with plenty of parking. The cost was roughly the same as other private imaging services locally. I would highly recommend the Galway Ultrasound Specialists if you need a private ultrasound.
As someone who has a high risk pregnancy, I had two early scans done here and I could not recommend the service more.
Yvonne on reception was so lovely and pleasant to deal with.
Edel the radiographer was excellent and so experienced in her field. She put myself and my husband at ease straight away, was so patient and also provided us with such valuable advice as we move forward in the pregnancy.

This is the most attentive and caring facility to get a scan. Edel and Yvonne were lovely. They really helped me get seen fast. I appreciate it greatly. 10/10 experience would highly recommend anyone who needs a scan to go here.
Staff are very professional and took great care to make us feel comfortable and informed at every step. Due to Covid restrictions at hospitals it allowed my partner to attend to see our baby for the first time at a 12 week scan. The photos and videos were sent directly to our phones and were excellent quality. Great parking and easy to access too. Would highly recommend.
Excellent service! Efficient & Friendly. Yvonne (reception) & Trish (scanning) were terrific...booking was so easy, Trish was wonderfully professional, and the reading of the ultrasound was with me (and doctor) within 48 hours.

My husband and I had a lovely experience there last weekend for a pregnancy scan. Edel made us feel very relaxed and there was a lovely service by the receptionist since our first interaction. Would highly recommend.
