The Galway Hearing Clinic was highly recommended to us, and we’re so glad we chose them. My elderly father got his hearing aids there, and they have truly transformed his life. He’s more confident, more engaged in conversations, and much happier overall. Joe and Teresa were patient, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making the whole process stress-free for him and for us as a family. Way back in 2019 after an HSE audiology test it confirmed that I needed hearing aids . Fortunately I went to Galway Hearing Care. In the first instant they checked my hearing again on their own equipment and confirmed the results . Detailed no rush explanations of the options open to me in hearing aid types clearly explained with pros & cons for me to decide . The hearing aids I chose then have proven to be excellent for me with lots of flexibility in settings to deal with the different environments I found my self in . The care taken in set up and fine tune was impressive . That excellence in customer care has continued over the years since then. The approach has never been anything other than CARE to ensure that I as a customer got the highest level of hearing care .As a customer I felt , valued with more importance given to me getting the right solution for me than any quick buck sale . Teresa and Joe are incredibly helpful, won't charge for any service unnecessarily and are both so competent and genuine. They always answer any queries and will not bring you to their clinic unnecessarily. Saw our now 11 year old in knocknacarra 2 years ago, still in contact with them regarding queries. (mom of an 11 year old with repetitive wax build up).
I highly recommend Galway hearing care. I was immediately made comfortable. I was looked after by Teresa, she explained in detail all my hearing needs, how to look after my hearing aids and made them personal to me. Im now a customer of joe in oranmore, I must say I've been a bit of a problem to joe as I was looking for more from my hearing aids, but he kept doing his best for me , he was patient and understanding a very nice person to deal with,, and quick with an appointment, I recommend this place to others,,,,
