Don’t answer WhatsApp calls ,,, was given a time to show up when I did they said they don’t give appointments it’s walk in ! ,,, no reception desk can’t query anything , won’t be back Thank you for your response. Excellent service. Almost impossible to access a GP out of hours in Galway when you are new to the area and not registered with a clinic. This GP really helped me out one Sunday when I was in a lot of pain. Have since attended a couple of times and always very happy. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I am generally busy during the day, possible to make an appointment through text message rather than making a phone call. Appointments available after work so not necessary to take time off, also weekends are an option. Other practices have a waiting time of a few weeks, possible to be seen on the day without any fuss. Very good value for money and have recommended to several friends since. Well done!

Very good service for urgent care but not honesty. I visited couple of times for bloods, every time missed some diagnosis results where I paid for all the tests. Very negligence on test samples, finally saying that sorry your sample was missed.

Visited Dr Mohan alongside my brother to get our bloods taken. I have a phobia of blood tests and Mohan was very understanding and patient with me. Mohan spoke to me during it to distract me and in no time he was finished. I will definitely go back to Dr Mohan to get my bloods taken again, there was no fuss and the fact he was so patient helped me a great deal. I cannot recommend this clinic enough. For the last few years my gut was telling me something not right with me even though my local GP said every thing was fine. I had a condition with very little symptoms for my GP to diagnose. I literally Google screening women’s health Galway in late June this year and thank God I found Galway Doc Clinic. they offer a women’s health screen test. Dr Yaghi through ultra sound finally diagnosed what I had through ultrasound. He was very professional and thorough. My blood results were emailed very quickly back to me and also report from an MRI. I will be going very soon for an operation for condition I have. If it were not for Dr Yaghi I would not be having this operation . Also half of the fee for women’s screening offered by Galway Doc Clinic is covered by Irish Life Insurance.
