I recently started treatment with Freedom Dental and honestly couldn’t be happier with the level of care and professionalism.
After several years with a larger dental chain, I found that while they were fine for routine work, anything more complex always resulted in being referred on to a specialist. It became a long, costly, and often unclear process.
With Freedom Dental, the experience has been completely different. They were able to diagnose my issue quickly and accurately, explain everything in plain terms, and put a clear treatment plan in place straight away. It was a huge relief to finally have certainty and direction.
What really stands out is that they can manage everything in-house at a specialist level, which saves time, stress, and additional expense. The pricing has also been very reasonable compared to what I had previously experienced.
I genuinely wish I had found this place years ago. I had reached the point where I had lost a lot of confidence and was even considering travelling abroad for treatment, so I’m delighted I came across Freedom Dental when I did.
The staff are friendly, approachable, and make you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. Noeleen at reception was especially welcoming and great to chat to, which really helps when you’re a bit nervous. I recently had a large wisdom tooth removed by Dr Rabie and it was surprisingly quick and painless.

I first contacted Freedom Dental, with Dr. Rabie Elbalasy, last year. From my first phone call to arrange an appointment, the whole experience was very friendly, professional and reassuring. My first visit for my check up with Dr. Rabie and his whole team of staff, from start to finish was excellent. I was made feel very welcome at the reception by Noleen and I felf very comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Rabie even came out to introduce himself to me, and I thought again that this was very professional and personal. I have had a few treatements done now by Dr. Rabie and his friendly, professional and caring team, and my teeth feel and look amazing. A treatment plan and price is put into place as to what treatment is needed and this plan is followed and has worked for me. Every member of this team of professionals at Freedom Dental are just the best. I attended Freedom Dental on the 15th of October 2025 for a routine check-up and to make a plan to finally get my teeth sorted. The new doctor, Dr. Rabie, is absolutely excellent. Within five minutes he was able to advise me on stomach issues I’ve been dealing with, explaining how they are linked to the fact that I’m already missing five teeth and have another four damaged.
I returned on the 29th of October to begin the implant plan, where I received two implants. Despite being genuinely afraid of dentists, Dr. Rabie, Noolen and Crystal were superb from start to finish. The phase-2 procedure — fitting both implants — took less than two hours. They made the entire process completely pain-free, even allowing me to use my earphones and listen to meditation music, which really helped calm my nerves.
What surprised me most was the recovery: after three days I didn’t even need painkillers anymore. Considering this was quite a major surgery, that speaks volumes about the skill of the team.
The whole Freedom Dental team is outstanding — professional, caring, and genuinely fantastic at what they do. I’m actually looking forward to continuing the “refurb” process on my face in the coming weeks.

I had my wisdom and molar teeth extracted by Dr. Rabie, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the first consultation, he was professional, calm, and very reassuring. He explained the procedure clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way.
The extraction itself was smooth and much easier than I expected. I experienced minimal pain, and my recovery went very well thanks to his precise work and clear aftercare instructions. Dr. Rabie is highly skilled, patient, and genuinely caring.

I recently visited Freedom Dental on O’Connell Street in Dublin after experiencing tooth pain since last Friday. I had contacted my regular dentist in Kilkenny on Monday morning, but unfortunately couldn’t get an emergency appointment until Thursday at the earliest.
While I was in Dublin, I mentioned the pain to a friend, and she pointed out that there was a dentist nearby. I decided to walk in, and from the moment I arrived, I was met with kindness and professionalism. A lovely receptionist named Noeleen spoke with Rabi, and they reassured me that if I was in pain, they would do their best to help and wouldn’t leave me suffering.
They truly couldn’t have been more helpful or compassionate. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of dental care.
Last week I had to have my lower wisdom tooth removed. I was extremely nervous because I knew it was in a difficult position, and especially because my previous experience with dentists here in Dublin had been quite traumatic.
Luckily, I found Freedom Dental. Everything went incredibly well despite how anxious I was. The procedure lasted less than 10 minutes, and the entire team did everything possible to make me feel calm, comfortable, and at home.

Have just completed my treatment, 2 implants, and from start to finish everything was excellent. The staff Rabie, Stacey and Noeleen are amazing. They’re friendly and professional and do everything possible to make your visit a pleasant experience. I will be back in 6 months without a doubt.
