I honestly couldn't recommend Shawn, Niamh, and the team at Fiacla Dental highly enough.
I've had a crippling fear of the dentist for many years and avoided going far more often than I should because of it. From my very first visit, they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease.
Shawn has such a calm, gentle manner during every procedure, and Niamh and the whole team are incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. They never make you feel rushed or judged, and they genuinely care about making the experience as stress-free as possible.
Thanks to their support, I'm no longer terrified of going to the dentist and now feel much calmer and able to attend regular appointments. If you're a nervous patient like me, I genuinely couldn't recommend Fiacla highly enough.
I started bringing my 5 year old to see Dr Moore. Dr Moore is great with him. Answers all questions and the patience of a saint! I decided to put my name down and have been a patient with Dr Shelley for over 6months. Delighted to have made the move. Dr Shelley is fantastic.
The ease of getting appointments, the friendly welcomes and follow ups are really appreciated.

Highly recommend this dental clinic. The best I've been to. Very calming environment. Incredible attention to detail throughout so as to guarantee a comfortable visit for patients. Staff go above and beyond to ensure your visit is a very pleasant one. Dr Shelley is fantastic. Extremely thorough, kind and reassuring. Patients are clearly the priority here. I am delighted to have found this practice and will certainly be recommending Fiacla Dental Clinic to all I know.
Recently attended for my daughters first official dental check-up and was not disappointed. Before I could even open my mouth she was greeted by name, asked questions about school and made her feel instantly at ease. Staff are so lovely and the practise is beautifully decorated, clean and modern. Given that I personally detest the dentist, to feel at ease there is massive!!
I went 5 years without going to the dentist as I have a big fear even as an adult. I met Shawn's lovely wife at my own job who kindly booked me in and assured me Shawn would only do what was necessary and at split the appointments up so I wouldn't have to do a lot in one go. I didn't need anything done in the end but Shawn done a fantastic clean and not one second was uncomfortable. Now I book every 6 months and don't dread the appointments. The clinic is also beautiful I must say and all the staff are so friendly. Highly recommend :)
Seen by Dr Shelley, a pleasant visit, very thorough examination.. He is very calm and gentle made me feel very comfortable and very easy to talk to. I would recommend anyone who are nervous to see Dr Shelly ..a happy patient is one with a smile after leaving the dentist!! Caroline
I had my first appointment with Dr Shelley today, cannot rate my experience highly enough. Such a calm, comfortable experience compared to other dental appointments ive had. Had a check up and a cleaning and left feeling so hopeful, maybe I will actually get regular cleanings?! Booking the entire family in here for their next appointments as well. Thanks guys
We have been with Fiacla Dental Clinic as a family for almost 3 years now and we could not recommend it more. The clinic is new, light, super clean, relaxing and inviting. The entire team is great- friendly, kind, attentive, super professional and very flexible when it comes to fitting or changing an appointment during busy office hours. They look after us and our two young kids, making sure that we all have healthy teeth. Thank you!
