Needed a work cert. Rang and left so many messages and emails. No reply. When they finally did. The doctor said she couldn't backdate the work cert and that there system was down and thats their policy. Charged me 55euro. Im waiting on a refund. Went to onlinedoc.ie. got charged 35euro and was sorted in 20mins. Will never use 365 doc again. Not worth the hassle. Thanks for the very quick reply. It would have been better if ye replied just as quickly 2days ago and helped me out then.

Doctor was lovely. Very quick to get me in and out and take my concerns seriously. Receptionist needs training on how to speak to/deal with the public as I found her very unfriendly. She acted like patients being there was an inconvenience to her. Not very nice to feel like you’re bothering someone when you’re there for a genuine reason and not feeling well.

Went in with some allergic reaction that i have never experienced. Throat swollen, couldn't breathe. I explained my concerns to the doctor and she said "yes that's an allergic reaction" then proceeded to do nothing. She has not asked me anything else, gave me no directions, no jab no nothing. Then sent me out and charged me 60 quid for no service.

I am visiting from Wales and came down with a bout of tonsillitis. I walked into the surgery (located on second floor of the building) and (contrary to other reviews) was greeted by a warm and friendly receptionist. Within 30-40 minutes, I was seen by a doctor who examined my throat and wrote me a prescription. He was friendly and thorough. Conveniently, there is a pharmacy underneath the surgery so it was easy to pick up the prescription. In total, I paid €45 for the consultation and €18 for the antibiotics. I feel this was well worth the money and I’m glad to be feeling better without having to pay an extortionate amount. Thank you for your services.

Absolutely wonderful . Staff were so professional and very friendly and the Doctor . was very understanding and courteous . I can highly recommend them ... and I am grateful I was able to be seen so promptly as I have not been able to register as a new patient with any surgery . Many thanks to the staff and Doctor .

Called here before 12:45pm on Sunday afternoon, the receptionist on the phone/at the desk was very professional and helpful. I had an appointment and was seen by the lovely female doctor on call within the hour. Excellent service, not overly expensive €65 for the doctor’s consultation including a medical certificate for work. Delighted with the service from start to finish would highly recommend. Thank you.

We called twice before our visit to inquire about a sick 6 month old, and the website referenced having many pediatricians in the clinic. When we got there, after queuing, we were told Doctor 365 doesn't do children under 1 year old. Either mark your website more clearly or get a receptionist who does their job.

Took excellent care of my family member, not me. No appointment needed, little bit of a long wait due to an unrelated emergency happening in the building, it was nobody's fault but staff were apologetic anyway. Doctor was attentive and respectful, took care of multiple complaints in one appointment. Consultation, work cert and drug script all included for €40. 5/5 would recommend this clinic.
