the ladies that were staffed today are so lovely! Really great service (cleaning x) and they really care about the customers as well, instead of other places where money is the main priority, it absolutely felt like our well being was prioritised. Absolutely recommend if you haven’t been to the dentist for a while. The place is so clean as well. Super calm environment ☺️☺️

David is a technician at Dental Tech whom I would highly recommend. After making an online reservation for consultation for a specified time, I arrived at the clinic and I can only say that I was greeted by plain vulgarity and ignorance. Whilst the younger staff were pleasant, an older lady who I dealt with was obnoxious. It's a shame that professionalism is hindered by arrogant incompetent staff. I'm glad I didn't stick around . Going by previous reviews , I can tell that this isn't a serious practice and genuinely don't care for people who need a service.

What a waste of time and money !!! Brought my friend who is very nervous of the dentist here today, firstly had to wait 40 minutes before being seen then the dentist did a quick exam like 5 minutes said she'd need to refer for an xray which I'm sorry but I have never been to a dentist that did not have x ray facilities in the room let alone not in the building??? The exam rooms are very small and it just looks like they plonked a cheap dentists chair in the middle of the room ,they dont look like they have the facilities to do a filling let alone anything else. Then when leaving my friend went to pay when I reminded the receptionist that since my friend works and hasn't been to a dentist in years she is most likely entitled to a free check up through prsi contributions , then when they went to check, the system wouldn't load so they couldn't confirm. so she ended up have to pay the 60 euro even though she is more then likely entitled to a free check up and as she hasn't been to dentist in years it's doubtful she'll be returning for another check up anytime soon and of course when she went to pay they didn't even have cash in their till so we had to pay by card ! So won't be returning to say the least, pretty sure my dogs vet clinic would be more equipped to do a filling then this place !!!

An absolute disgrace. Don't waste your hard earned money. I've been in and out every week for last three months. People in Waterford clinic are nice especially the receptionist who is a dream to deal with.However whoever is making the denture hasn't an absolute clue what they're doing. If I was to go into everything it would take me an essay. Wouldn't recommend at all.
