Dr. Sheila Giz, Francheca & both lovely dental receptionists exceeded my expectations, as they ALL went above & beyond to ensure all my concerns were addressed. My dental emergency (tooth abscess) was addressed very promptly. My cavity also taken care of!All dental procedures, costs & analysis of my x-ray & dental health explained clearly to me. Wonderful experience, couldn't ask for a nicer team of staff! Super kid friendly, especially in reassuring them around the steps involved, and their overall manner - very conscientious in their approach. Great experience before, during and after our visit. Excellent service. From receptionist, to dental nurse to dentist. My son had a tooth extraction. Options given on innital visit. When he went back to get the tooth extraction, his fav song was played, redirection and distraction was used. It was a positive experience for him. Would highly recommend.
