Brilliant service. Really efficient and comprehensive when arranging appointments and visits. Booked an appointment online for a check up. The dentist was very friendly and thorough with the examination and the receptionist is great craic, helpful and informative. I live close to its location so very lucky and happy to have found a great practice so close to home. Highly recommend
Amazing care from start to finish. I had a severe dental infection and the team were so kind, professional, and thorough throughout the whole process. They went above and beyond with follow-ups and made me feel genuinely cared for during a really stressful time. I’m so grateful for all their help and would highly recommend this clinic.
I went to this dentist having returned home from abroad. Was referred to get my wisdom teeth out. I was told all 4 would have to come out and had to go to this specialist. However, when I arrived the specialist told me they aren’t even breaking through my gums and none have to be taken out. I haven’t returned since here as it was 180 euro out of my pocket which could have been avoided after already paying twice at the dentist itself. Usually wouldn’t leave reviews and just leave it be but feel it’s right to caution those if referred.
My Mother was in a lot of discomfort with her tooth. I rang Dental Care Ireland Douglas at 10am they booked Mam in for an appointment at 230pm. My Mother suffers from Cerebral Palsy and has very bad mobility. I explained this to the receptionist and she arranged for a ground floor appointment. The dentist Donnacha was a pleasure to deal with. He knew exactly what Mam needed.
Thanks for a great experience. Carol.
Excellent experienced staff, great location and after care was superb. Parking can (sometimes) be tricky, but within 2 min walk of Douglas Village, Aldi and McDonalds. There is one disabled parking place outside. Recommended.
Ive recently started attending Dental Care Ireland at the Fingerpost in Douglas. The team are so Lovely and the kindness shown is top class from Dr Murphy to Nurse Deanna, Gemma the Hygienest and the ladies on reception its been a pleasure to attend the surgery. I would recommend the surgery especially to anyone who is nervous as you will be put at complete ease from the minute you walk in the door. Thanks so much to all at Dental Care Ireland Douglas for such positive experiences.
