Had a difficult enough emergency tooth extraction here. I cannot thank these guys enough, Dr. McEntee was absolutely amazing, the best dentist I have had by a long shot. She made feel completely at ease, made sure I was in no pain & talked me through every step of the process. She extracted my tooth with some difficulty and gave me clear aftercare instructions, absolutely brilliant experience & would highly recommend. Thank you to Dr. McEntee, dental nurse & the rest of the team.
I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Fagan and the entire team. After three miserable weeks of being unable to fully open my mouth to eat and dealing with constant, severe pain, I was feeling incredibly defeated.
Dr. Fagan assessed my issue in what felt like less than ten minutes. Within an hour of that appointment, I was able to eat again and the pain was completely gone! The speed and accuracy of the diagnosis and treatment were absolutely astounding.
Beyond the incredible skill, Dr. Fagan has the warmest, most welcoming presence imaginable, immediately putting me at ease despite my anxiety and pain. Darragh and his team are honestly the most genuine nicest people to look after your dental care i had a tooth pulled today by daragh and felt so comfortable and relaxed he has such a calm nature and makes you feel so welcome I wouldn't go any where else
went in this morning and had to endure dentist asking me questions after questios whilst she was coughing her head off complaining that she had a throat infection!!! I advised her to not ask so many questions and should she be in work ?? she put on her mask and continued asking me questions i got up and walked out as i had told her what problem was no need for so many questions ..
Best dentist out there bye far staff are lovely so helpful the dentist who worked on my teeth was so nice to deal with the work she carried out on my teeth my god fabulous work I’m so happy to be with this wonderful dentist the passed 14 years I would not go anywhere else but here thank you guys for today I’m over the moon with the work done to my teeth 🫶
My past few dental experiences were enough to keep me away from clinics, but over the Christmas I realised I needed to see someone, and after asking around and checking online I found myself contacting the Daragh Fagan surgery. Due to their reputation I had to wait for an appointment, and I'm so glad I did. One check up and two consultations later I'm all sorted, and the service was amazing. A big thank you to Zoe and her assistants for their professionalism and for making me feel so relaxed, and for making the whole experience pain and stress free. Would definitely recommend the surgery to friends and foe with dental requirements. 5 stars is not enough for this service.
I'm using this dentist for 20 odd years.
Daragh Fagen himself is an extremely competent dentist, as are some of the other dentists I've seen over the years.
Never had any complaints until recently. Receptionist/nurse comes across as rude and unbothered by her mistake (everyone makes mistakes, this is completely normal) but she just shrugged her shoulders and smerked at me.
Seems like dentists are overbooked, so patients are left waiting for sometimes an hour or more and this seems to be the norm now.
Dentist I saw wasn't very good, told me my root was exposed, did nothing, but sent me a way with a prescription for fluoride toothpaste.
I hope this low level of care and professionalism won't become normal
