These people are phenomenal. In November I booked a test required for an international flight home the next day. After standing in line for an hour to be tested, I found I was in line at the wrong place (line was for boosters). By the time I arrived at the right testing facility, they had already sent the day's test samples with courier. I was SOL, and would probably miss my flight. Or would I....? The facility staff saw my predicament, administered a test, and started working on a solution. They tried a few fixes, including getting the courier to return. In the end, they identified a hospital lab and made arrangements for my single test to be analyzed there. They also followed up to obtain the lab results as time was extremely tight. All of this was way outside of the normal procedures and required off-site management to okay their plan. An amazing display of initiative, problem-solving, and compassion. And now I love Cork

Don't believe those bad reviews. I understand ppl get frustrated because their results were positive and it might affected their travel plans and dump their angers to the clinic. But the service of this clinic is very professional, i did a PCR test, it was very smooth, took less than 3 mins. Then report came out before the time they promised. I am very surprised! Would recommend!

Pre-booked a pcr test to go on holiday abroad and asked about when I should get the result. I was told by email the result and my travel documents will be emailed to me the next day before 11. I booked my test the day before flying (test booked at 9 am ) and my flight was scheduled the following day at 3pm . No result by 11 the next day ... I missed my flight and had to change my ticket for the following day a 150€ charge to change my ticket plus a night in hotel by the airport to stay overnight... got my result in middle of the afternoon by the way... don't make promises you can keep ... shame on you

It appears as if my review was removed so here I go again, this company had claimed last year on their website that PCR results were garaunteed in 48 hours (still have screenshots of the website saying this on an old phone, which they never cared to ask just told me I was lying). I missed Christmas last year due to them delaying the test results longer than 48 hours, when I asked for a refund as the only reason I came here was the garaunteed Time limit and that time limit was not met they told me it never said 48 hours on the website and that I was lying. (Apparently the website had been changed before i booked my appointment, so after a bit of arguing they admitted it did once say this on the website but not on the day i booked they kept changing story although i have screenshots and was happily ready to share them at the time) I Have never been so disrespected and embarrassed by a company in my entire life, hence why when I noticed the review was taken down I came here to put it back up.

Excellent service, would highly recommend. All staff were very welcoming, professional and efficient. I received my results very quickly. Clinic had excellent compliance with covid restrictions and I felt very safe there.

Very happy with this service. They replied immediately and their correspondence was excellent and I was seen to straight away. Staff were really helpful and friendly and put me at ease as I would be anxious of going to the doctors. Would recommend this business to all

*SCAM and inefficiently run* If I could give zero stars I would. If you are trying to fly international back to the US, do not use this service. I showed minor CoVID symptoms on 4/22. I took a PCR test with HSE on 4/25 and my results were positive. All of my symptoms subsided on 4/27. HSE informed me that my LAST DAY of quarantine would be 4/29 based on when my symptoms started. I moved all of my flights from April 30th to May 1st based on what HSE told me and to give myself a buffer day I then booked my appt online at Covid Cork on 4/26 to expedite the recovery letter process. When I showed up, I wasn’t in the system. The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude as I tried to see if they could take me as a walk in. After 30 minutes of back and forth, they finally agreed. I tried to ask questions about the process and they had zero information. I reached out to Covid Cork via email to inform them that my symptoms started on 4/22 and HSE said that my LAST DAY of quarantine was 4/29. Covid Cork said they couldn’t give me a letter of recovery until 10 days after THEIR test results (May 6th/7th). I had already paid to move my flights to May 1st based on HSE telling me I could travel after my quarantine. I reached out to my airline and they confirmed that I would be able to fly out on May 1st booking. I tried to explain both HSE and CDC guidance as well as the airline approval but Covid Cork refused to accommodate or even provide customer service to have a discussion about what was allowable within the regulations. In reply to their comment below, I should have received a letter from Covid Cork on May 1st or 2nd not the 6th or 7th. My friend who was tested by HSE on 4/24 and also had symptoms on 4/22 used a different (ACCREDITED) service and had no problem getting all of the appropriate documents. Delta approved his documents in person and was able to fly back to the US on 4/29. That’s when I reached out to the service he used to expedite my documents. I asked for a refund from Cork via email but they ignored me. When I disputed the charge on my credit card, they reached back out and bullied me about not following the correct guidelines and threatened to submit my information to the authorities. When, in fact, I followed both HSE and CDC guidelines. AMEX has reviewed this information and already refunded me the amount based on the situation… and yet Covid Cork is threatening to take me to court over €125. As a company that is focused on support for Covid and travel, I would think they would be able to better navigate the complexities that exist country to country as well as be empathetic that individuals are trying to navigate the incredibly nuanced regulations. Funny how two people who tested with HSE, spoke to the airlines about what was allowable, got approved by a doctor while in Ireland, and used another accredited service to get a recovery letter… we’re approved to fly home. And yet Covid Cork continues to harass me.

You made our trip back home so easy, thank you! Such a fast and efficient service with a smile from all the team! You were also really kind to my sisters children when they had to be tested! Keep it up!
