I’ve been seeing Renan for a sports injury massage every 4 to 5 weeks, and it honestly makes a huge difference. I work in an office and sit at a desk for most of the day, which really takes a toll on my back, shoulders, and neck. Since starting regular sessions, I’ve noticed a big improvement in how I feel day to day.
Renan is so nice and incredibly professional. He always takes the time to understand what’s going on and tailors each session to exactly what I need. I leave every appointment feeling looser, more comfortable, and much more mobile.
I highly recommend Renan to anyone dealing with tension from desk work or sports-related issues — regular sessions have been a game changer for me.

Nicola is absolutely fantastic! I am so thrilled with having found her; she has helped me alleviate neck pain that has been going on for months(!) and is currently helping me with my posture, with an amazing, tailored plan after thoroughly listening to my concerns and assessing my current posture.

Highly recommend! I've been here on Monday, I booked online, and immediately after one session, my back is pain-free, and my mobility is back. Nicola was kind and helpful. She explained to me what exercises I should do at home to be able to do daily activities without pain.

I have been going to Nicola for years and brought my teenage son today for a sports injury. I know we are in good hands with Nicola- she is always friendly and reassuring and we left with a clear plan in place towards his recovery. Highly recommended!
