If i could give -100 stars i would,the way Dr Ramundaz treated my sister and her daughter you wouldnt treat a dog...we will be making a complaint about his behaviour lack of compassion and lack of dignity he showed my sister i could go up and protest if i didnt live so far away.. stay away from him all hes interested in is himself and private patients because he treats his medical card patients like a piece od dog poo on the end of his shoe. First rule of being a doctor is do no harm,well he hurt my sister and mentally messed up her daughter yesterday. The receptionist aswell is as smarmy.I wonder do all doctors receptionists go to the same power trip school thinking they are better than everyone else. Stay away from this place.

Dr ramundus told me in front of my 9 year old daughter when i asked for water tablets he said your not retaining any water thats all fat. You are obese. And didnt you throw yourself out a 3rd story building a month ago IN FRONT OF MY DAUGHTER. how unproffessional can you get. I suffer with mental health and im sure a lot of prople do but you dont mention anything like that in front of a 9 year old child who was clearly sitting beside me. She is now very very worried about me. She can not sleep. Im going to a solicitor about this. That should have never came fron his mouth. My daughter is now terrified she wont let me leave her sight. Im gonna make his life hell. He will not try to destroy my daughter nor will he ever tell me i am obese when its claerly water retention from the medication i am taken. Very upset.

Ive been a patient in this practice for 6 years and ive nothing but good things to say about this practice Dr Gloria is my go to doctor and she’s just incredible she always makes me feel so reassured and is absolutely brilliant at her job! I think of her as a friend and I always leave feeling so positive and the girls on reception are brilliant aswell always so helpful and prompt with anything I’ve needed for myself and my 2 children. We need more doctors like Gloria around!!

I find the service at this doctors incredible. I have been going here for years and the receptionists always go above and beyond to ensure I get an appointment for both myself and my son when we need one. The Doctors are all very kind and accommodating and I always leave feeling much better with the answers I need.
